I was working on a patient recently that came in to see me with a history of a chronic cough, sinus infections, and depression. With The LifeLine Technique and The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude I was able to release the emotions of grief and anger that stemmed back to when she was 6 years of age. At 6 she developed a limiting belief associated with her 5th chakra (throat chakra). This is when her parents were going through a divorce and no one was able to speak their truth in the emotional environment of grief and anger. Her subconscious mind had internalized the experience as a way to protect the 6 year young part of her. She felt immediately lighter and empowered and within a week of the treatment the cough was gone.

Great to see you Dr. Darren, please share some simple steps that we can each take in our day to days lives towards lightening the daily pressures we are faced with. Life is great, yet, it is so very full, any suggestions?

Hi Editor in Chief~
There is a simple 4 step approach to lighten the pressures of every day symptoms and stress.

When ever you have an experience that caues any pain, fear, or stress...
1. Say the words, "Infinite Love & Gratitude" while holding your hand in the "I love you" sign language mode over your heart 5 times in a row.
2. Take 5 diaphragmatic breaths with making the sound ahhhhhhhhhh on the exhilation.
3. Drink 4 to 8 ounces of purified water.
4 Repeat number 1 with saying Infinite Love & Gratitude 5 times and holding the "I Love You" sign over the heart.

Now pay attention to what was causing you stress, pain, or fear. You will notice an immediate positive response.

I tried this just now but am not sure what you mean by an immediate positive response. Is this for current situations only? What are some of the ways to heal past traumas, like parent's divorce, death of close relatives?
