Still on phase 3. Considering a steak day tomorrow. Eating mostly proteins and vegetables and apples and grapefruit and of course my favorite snack, organic raw almonds. I picked up 1# and I think it was from going out to a restaurant and eating the complimentary peanuts. Also at my new job it's difficult to drink water. If I don't drink the water I usually retain it. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my 2nd round of phase 2 hcg.
