I can't complain. 9.5 lbs is not hard to take. Especially knowing that most of it is probably not water weight. The reason that I say this is that I had been drinking as much, if not more, water before beginning P1. Now, I was doing a colon cleanse for the first week, and I'm still doing a heavy metal cleanse. I'm attributing most of my weight loss to those cleanses. I did start taking various supplements and drinking several teas last week. I'm working on eating mostly organic, but I'm not where I would like to be. I only did 1 day of walking, and I did manage to get in a full hour which is amazing at my weight. I have to admit that I was a little afraid to go walking after the first day, due to the colon cleanse. Well, my excuse is gone now since I finished that particular cleanse. I will begin rebounding today, and hopefully next week, I will begin lifting weights. I do have a sauna which I use most evenings. Also, I will begin wearing a Qlink when it arrives later this week.

I will post another blog next week. Hopefully, it will show more weight loss. I'm not overly optimistic though, because one of my sons is getting married on Saturday. My in-laws start arriving on Wednesday, and that will be the start of eating out at least 2 meals each day through Sunday. I'm hoping to infuse as much organic as possible throughout those days though. Have a blessed week.
