I am currently doing the "weight loss cure protocol" and am in phase 2. I have been trying to prepare for phase 3 and the book says "you can eat any food you like, in any amount as you desire, with the following exceptions" then it says no sugars and starches, etc. My question is, does that mean absolutely NO bread? or is there a certain type/kind that would be ok? PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON THIS i am very frustrated with the fact it says "whatever you want" but then it says no starches. If it's organic bread is that okay? What about organic chips or organic ice cream>?

This is what i have read on this site re: people making the transition to phase 3. when you first hit phase 3 you need to be VERY CAREFUL. your body basically has been in starvation mode for phase 2. anytime you are in starvation mode (lower than 1,200 calories a day) your body holds on to everything and stores it as fat thinking you need it. the hCG somehow decreases hunger and uses the fat for fuel. thats why on phase 2 if you cheat you gain so bad on somthing so small. Stay with me on this. so at first you will naturally be not able to eat a ton nor do you want to. eat good healthy veggies and protien. Have a hambugar patty with poached egg and some greens for breakfast. etc. i have read on here fats are ok too. for the 6 weeks you need to really eat a kinda atkins way. avoiding sugar and starches. Remember just because its organic dosent mean it wont put fat back on our bodies. after the phase 3 we can SLOWLY add natural organic forms of sweeter things and starches. i love RAW honey with peanut butter and cant wait to savor a spoon. after the phase 3 and we reset the gland thingy thats when as i said ,in moderation we can add anything organic in moderation. Just weigh daily and if you see a gain do the steak day. keep reading on here lots are in phase 3 or 4 and give sample diets. Grammysmitty gave one it looked yummy.she has lost tons and has done several rounds of phases.
