Day 3 - Oral Releana - YIKES I weight 170.6 pounds!
Weight: 170.6
OMG! I woke up this morning to weight myself and I weight 170.6 pounds!
In just two days I've gained 9 pounds!
I feel constipated so I am going to be drinking alot of the Smooth Move Senna tea.
I bought the Cuisinart Grill at Costco. The cost was $39.00 so now I can follow this program exactly.
I did go to Whole Foods Market and picked out Halibut and had them grill it right there for me.
I was so hungry I ate all the 6 oz in one seating!
So today - here was my food intake:
6oz Halibut - grilled
calistoga water w/lemon
2 diet cokes
61/2 oz of celery
1 apple
1 orange
8 glasses of water.
2 large glasses of Smooth Move Senna Tea
