I was out of town yesterday with my husband and didn't take any food with me except my orange for breakfast. So for lunch I went to Subway and had a salad with a little bit of chicken & vinegar. I didn't eat very much cuz I was concerned about it not being organic. For dinner we went to McGraths FishHouse. They probably thought I was a royal pain in the butt! I made the waiter go back into the kitchen to ask the cook what the white fish choices were and how they cooked them. I decided on the Tilapia but made the waiter go back and ask if there was any sugar or MSG in the cajun spices they use. My husband was embarrassed! I also had to request that they put absolutely NOTHING on my fish except for the spice. For my salad I had to specify no carrots or croutons and ask for vinegar for my dressing. I'm sure the cook thought I was awful! Anyway, the fish was sooooo good! I definitely had more than 3 1/2 oz cuz I couldn't leave it on my plate after all the fuss. But to my surprise this morning I lost 0.9lbs...almost a full pound which is the most I've lost in a single day for over 1 1/2 weeks! I did make up a batch of new HCG a couple of days ago so that probably had something to do with it. My goal is only 7lbs away...yeah! I had the chilean sea bass for dinner tonight...I am hooked on this stuff! It is absolutely the best fish I have ever tasted. It doesn't need any seasoning, lemon or tartar sauce--I just eat it plain. Unfortunately it is very pricey...about $7 for a 6oz fillet. But worth it!
Last night when we got home I started to have something weird happening to my heart. It would skip a beat and then it would give a really hard beat that would almost knock the wind out of me. It went on for almost 5 hours! I finally got to sleep and it was gone this morning. Today I've been totally wiped out. I'm not sure what was causing it but decided if it happens again I'm headed for the emergency room! It was scary!

Yes, it only get better...I did phase 2 three times. and plan to do it again. I lost 40lbs . I love this and am going to do again. I'm so afraid that I will gain the weight back...I weigh everyday and just cut back when I've gained any amount of ounces. Sometimes I feel obessed with my weight, but I have to be. I look at food and somehow i gain..LOL. I really need to be exercising...just to get toned. I know you can do it.. .My birthday was yesterday and yes I did indulge in something sweet and I did gain...so it's back to doing what I know will keep the weight off. TTYL. Good Luck

How much weight did you lose on ph#2 Lori? I'm excited to get to ph#3 but nervous too...don't want to gain back the weight! You give me hope that I can maintain! I realized while traveling yesterday that I used to eat ALOT when traveling. The whole time I kept thinking--I would be eating nuts or jerky or m&m's right now! My husband was eating them but it didn't really bother me too much. I'm loving the fact that the cravings are gone.

I know what you mean when you say about people thinking that you are a pain in the butt...I feel the same way , especially when someone wants to take you out for a nice dinner and you just know that you can't have the things that they can...but to me ...I'm doing what is good for me....I'm glad that you lost....I'm on phase 4 and maintaining ......
