My 7 day vacation in Florida was a blast, but came at a cost. Day one in Florida was Day one on P3. Although we ate out for every meal, I was very good at sticking to the no sugar, no starch for the first few days.
Day 1 on P3, I weighed in at 201.2 lbs.

Day 3 202.8 Now I'm frustrated and decide that I might as well enjoy my vacation and not stress every morning about my weight. All bets were off! I ate whatever I wanted.

For the next five days I don't even bother to get on the scale. I say to myself, well I'm about to go back on P2 in a five days, so live it up. It's depressing knowing that at this point I have gained 14 lbs on P3.
