3rd Round on Phase II using HCG Injections (175 I.U.)

Day 1 216.6 lbs> I love gorging again!
Day 2 216.6 lbs> Last day gorging. Let's get this party started!
Day 3 218.2 lbs> Here we go!
Day 4 216.2 lbs> My period is here. Dayum! Still did my injection today.
Day 5 212.2 lbs> Down 4 lbs! Now that's what I'm talking about! No injection today.
Day 6 211.4 lbs> My period is over, so I'm back on my injections!
Day 7 210.4 lbs> I am so ready for this. My strategy has worked. I don't have any cravings at all. It's like I got it all out of my system and I'm good now. I'm so focused and determined to get through these 45 days.
Day 8 210.2 lbs
Day 9 208.4 lbs> It's the weekend. I'm gonna be active today by pulling weeds out the yard and walking the dog. I may even finish painting my kitchen.
Day 10 207.6 lbs
Day 11 207.8 lbs> Not sleeping very well. Maybe 4 hrs.
Day 12 207.4 lbs> Not getting enough sleep. 4-5 hrs again.
Day 13 207.2 lbs> Still not sleeping well.
Day 14 206.6 lbs> I forced myself to be in bed by 8pm and fell asleep by 9pm. It definitely made a difference in my weight loss.
Day 15 205.6 lbs> Good!
Day 16 204.8 lbs> 14 more days (day 30) until my dad's wedding! I'm shooting to be at 195 lbs by then.

Day 18 204.2 lbs I've been consistently walking my dog for a mile after dinner. I really enjoy it. Me, Niko and my MP3 player.

Day 30 No weigh in.
Day 31 No weigh in.
Day 32 203.2 lbs Back on injections. Not too bad considering I didn't stick to any diet plan.
Day 33 202.6 lbs I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to jump back on board, but I am so determined to finish this protocol to achieve my goal of getting down to between 155 lbs and 169 lbs.

Day 38 197.2 lbs I will no longer be a big gurl (200 + lbs)! Phase 3 will be extremely important for me to never be a big gurl again. I have 12 more days on P2 to go. My goal was to get down to at least 195 lbs, but I would be estatic if I could get down to 190 lbs. We'll see.

Day 40 197.2 lbs Need to have a BM
Day 41 196.2 lbs Finally had a BM and feeling better
Day 42 195.2 lbs YEAH! I hit my personal goal for this phase 195 lbs !!!!!! I've added 5 extra days to this phase because I stopped taking my injections when I went to Chicago. Therefore, I have 8 more days on P2. Can I get down to my lowest of 189 lbs. We'll see.

Day 44 193.6 lbs 6 more days to go. Anything can happen. I'm excited!

It sure is. I was watching a family fitness challenge show last night while I was laying in my usual position on the couch and I just felt lazy watching them sweat it out in the gym. I jumped up and took the dog for a nice 20 minute walk. It really does help motivate you.

Yes, it does, and exercising creates endorphins, those chemicals that make you feel really good!
But here is what you don't want to do; tear or stretch a muscle, ligament, or cartilage; that is bad news. If they do a segment you are not "fit" enough to do, then "jog" in place, or do something that you can do that won't hurt your body.
I have hurt myself, doing just that. I think I have torn the cartilage in my knee trying to force myself to do something I wasn't ready for. I was rushing it and had no business doing that. It hasn't healed in over a year, and now I keep a big knot on the side of my knee that hurts constantly now. Sure hope it is not something that has to be repaired surgically. But it is so painful to me now that I am going to have to break down and go to the doc's. It is almost to the point that it won't allow itself to be bent.
So............., don't be stupid like I was and have to pay a hefty price for it!!

Definitely go get that checked out. You only get one body. Thanks for the advice. I will be sure to get into excercising more slowly but steadily. I have a rebounder (mini trampoline) that is great. No stress on my knees, so that will be the most that I use for the next few weeks. By then my body should be conditioned enough to start a slow jog around the neighborhood in the evenings after dinner. I know walking is better than jogging, but by trying to jog around the neighborhood, is a good indicator for me of how in shape I am. If I'm gasping for air by the end of the first block, back to the rebounder I go. LOL

Yeah, I have a rebounder too, and should've been using it!! I guess while I can still walk, I better go take care of my outside animals; we live on a farm and I have animals that are more trouble than they are worth, but I love 'em to pieces; in fact, they are calling my name now, LOL!
We'll chat again, I'll try to keep track of your progress. I will be on and off again with the computer since it is summertime and I am outside a lot of the time.
Don't gasp too hard!!

Hey, good for you! I am on day 2 of my 21 days phase after 1st round of phase 2. I had a tough day, as had to eat at restaurants and didn't do my best. It is something you just feel like doing after following the protocol so precisely and as a result already gained 2.2 lbs so doing a steak day today. Do you know what happens if I don't lose the 2.2 lbs by tomorrow. Do I do another steak day until I am back to my previous weight?

Hi Darla,
I'm assuming the weight gain is mostly fluid at this point; do the steak day, drink your teas, drink lots of water, you'll do okay.
I would probably do another steak day if it were me. I'm not sure what the answer is to that; but eating protein, no sugar, no starch, should get you back to par.
