Why the protocol discrepancy between Trudeau's book and widely-used current protocol?

Hi, Lisa. Thanks for the comments. I've been really busy at work lately. Usually I'm not this busy and can take time out for personal stuff. Not for the past three weeks. Of course work had to get busy just when I started this diet. By the way, when you say "day 8" do you mean since the first day of shots when you were gorging or "loading" as Simeons calls it? Guess what? I gained 2 1/2 pounds over night. I'm wondering if it's because for the two dinners before that I cooked my daughter's meat and my meat on the same pan. So if she had hamburger and I had chicken, the fat from her hamburger might be on my chicken but especially the night before that when I actually cooked my hamburger in the oven using the pan I had just cooked her chicken leg in, so there was all that fat from the skin. In fact I remember seeing the hardened fat on the burger at work and going "oh well" and eating it. oops. It could also be because I normally get about 9 hours of sleep a night and lately I've been getting about 7, maybe 8. So in case you're wondering, up until This Morning I had lost a total of 10 pounds in 9 days of dieting or 11 days of shots. But like I said, now it's up 2.5 pounds. The worst news is this: I'm still pretty hungry and exhausted. Especially today. All-told, I've only experienced three days that weren't so bad since I started the dieting 9 days ago.

I think so-if it was from yesterday...im sorry youre still hungry-I know how hard that is! like I said,it took about 8 days for me to not feel like I was going to die of hunger! to look on the bright side of things,how much have you lost on your first week? ( thats about the only thing that kept me going).you should start blogging your losses,along with questions and comments.it really helps to have an outlet,and people here are very good about responding,very friendly and helpful.cant wait to hear about your results! take care

Yep, I'm going through GHI. I'm still losing weight. I'm still hungry. Tomorrow will be day 8. I'm hoping things really turn for the better. I replied to your comment to my other blog. Did you get to read it? Take care.

I think KT says "" its best to mix fresh every day""" he doesnt say not to.what size vials are you using? 5000?
I use 2000,and each one gets me 8 syringes.I preload mine and store in fridge.then at the end of those 8 days,I mix another vial.I do have the 5000 size,but have not used them yet,next round of P2 I will.all I know is it will lose potency after an extended amount of time,but 40 days should still be ok.subcutaneously would be your preference,you dont have to inject im.you said you are going through GHI medical?.are you still hungry/losing weight?
