I have started Phase 1 and am trying to add as many steps as I can handle. I am currently drinking teas - camomile, oolong, and Yerba Mate. I am eating whole grain bread spread with extra virgin coconut oil (ummm) and trying to add the ACV. My main problem right now is lack of access to organic food. I have a salad with lunch and dinner as often as I can. I use organic milk and butter and anything else I can find when I shop such as spices, eggs (cage free), etc. I have been trying to decide which colon cleanse to order for a week and have just about decided to go with Dr. S's. I will order that tomorrow. Any input from you on Phase 1 will be greatly appreciated.
