Day 9 of Releana and the official weigh-in at the Dr's office....

So the hunger is finally subsiding a bit. But I've had to scarf a tomato or some cucumber slices a time or two, just to keep from hurting my children. I protect my food like an inmate. I cooked some shrimp on the George Foreman grill last night and my sweet little 5 year old daughter says "Mommy can I have one of your shrimps?" Poor girl, I hope I didn't scar her for life. Even my husband is defending my portions. "Sweetie, you can't eat one of mommy's 8 shrimp, that's all she gets..."

Ok, so on to the good stuff.

My doc says I can come in as often as I'd like to weigh-in. The pull my chart, update my info. It all feels very legit. And this way, I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth! So, during my consultation I weighed-in at 134.6lbs......and today....drum roll please........126.6lbs!!!!

Whoo hooo! 8 lbs!!! Whooo HOOO!

Well hello everyone! You are absolutely right about that! I am on day 11, starting weight of 200, I weighed this morning at I am at 188! That is sooooooooooo amazing and on top of that, I ate a salad and 6 oz of steak when I went out to eat last weekend. I am in disbelief because I cheated a little over the weekend. I didnt have the 3 day set back like I thought so I guess we are all doing better than we thought! i havent been drinking my water like I am suppose to because it makes me feel so full that I cant hold anymore. So I am working on that because I was told that is extremely important. So I will wait until Monday before I weigh in again just to see. This morning I was able to get in a skirt that I couldnt button up just 2 weeks ago! I feel so good even though I have about 15 more pounds to go! Keep up the good work everyone, we should all be proud of ourselves!

I am shocked...I weighed "my final weigh in for this round" and I lost 5 lbs this week. After the mardi gras beinge the scales showed 5lbs. So that is a total of 18 pounds in 28 days and I still have today to finsih out and then two days on the 500 diet with no drops. S o hopefully by Saturday another 2lb loss would mean 20 lbs total!!! Now..I would say that is a amazing compare to all diets i have been on! The tricky part is we are leaving for a vacation for 9 days on Saturday!! Hope I am good!!

Wow! Look at everybody go. Losing quickly. I finally have lost some more. I am down 4.5 lbs since yesterday.I am shocked. But pleased. I too am looking to continue on Releana until I have lost more weight. I hope that works with my Dr. Wish you all success.

Hello all! This is my 10th day on Releana and I have lost 12 pounfd. If you stick it out and don't deviate at all. the hunger really does go away. I am not sure if this is allowed, but I do eat mushrooms as my veggie,

No I have not done this before. I read all that I could find on releana before I started. I do worry about gaining it back, but I think it's easier to maintain then it is to lose so if I reach my goal I can use the scale to keep in check, I have never lost weight this fast. The slow weightloss is what leads me to give up and the weight has come over the years. Good for you Jennifer!!!!!

Well, I made it through the weekend virtually unscathed and when I weighed myself today, I was down another 3 pounds! AND I had to watch my husband eat pizza over the weekend, so I needed some motivation! 11 days in and 12 pounds gone! It sounds like everyone else is doing well also! Keep going!

Do you have to stop the relaena and do the maintance step before going back on the releana if you have more weight to lose??? I will also ask my doc., was just wondering as I have 80 pounds I want to lose.

The weighing should also be done at the same time in the morning with out clothes. AS your weight will go up thruogh out the day. I hope this helps, good luck!!!!!

Ok it goes something Like this..... weigh yourself every day, the first day that your weight gets over 2lbs from the time you stopped taking the releana , skip breakfast and lunch no snacks, than eat a steak and a tamato or apple for dinner. This has to be done on the first day though to work. You have to weigh in every day for the maintance in order to catch the two pound mark and correct it. This means taking your scale if you travel.
