Day 9 of Releana and the official weigh-in at the Dr's office....

So the hunger is finally subsiding a bit. But I've had to scarf a tomato or some cucumber slices a time or two, just to keep from hurting my children. I protect my food like an inmate. I cooked some shrimp on the George Foreman grill last night and my sweet little 5 year old daughter says "Mommy can I have one of your shrimps?" Poor girl, I hope I didn't scar her for life. Even my husband is defending my portions. "Sweetie, you can't eat one of mommy's 8 shrimp, that's all she gets..."

Ok, so on to the good stuff.

My doc says I can come in as often as I'd like to weigh-in. The pull my chart, update my info. It all feels very legit. And this way, I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth! So, during my consultation I weighed-in at 134.6lbs......and today....drum roll please........126.6lbs!!!!

Whoo hooo! 8 lbs!!! Whooo HOOO!

Well I am back to where I was on Saturday morning. At the time I thought it was worth binging...but that dinner took five minutes to eat and I have been working two days to get back to where I was. Defintely not worth it!!Does anyone know after day 28 how do we keep from gaining the weight back during maintance? When I go back on the Releana I do not want to be where I started from last time.

Lisa you want to lose 60 lbs and you have already lost 10 pounds? that is good!!!!! I think e started at the same time, Think of it this way even at 15lbs a month thats only 4 months, at that rate you will reach your goal in 4 months at the longest. Thats june you'll be hot by summer!!!!! And you are losing more weight than that.

Okay this diet would be perfect if only it aloud cookies!!!!! Its rainy and cold and thats when I make cookies. I didnt lose today, its day 7 and I'm at 10lbs, happy with that. I am not hunger at all but that doesnt mean I dont want sweets and every day is harder. I am stronge and weightloss is my goal!!!!! Its hard to drink all that water when its cold too. Lisa how much have you lost, in how many days? Your expectations could be too hight. Even 15 lbs in a month is great. I know how you feel I also would like to lose 30 in a month. If only we all could just wake up thin.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I really appreciate it. I have to keep going and following the diet. I need to get this weight off. I have always had a difficult time losing weight, so why should this be any different. Keep up the good work everyone, and please let is all know how you're doing.

Well, after the "Binge" at the mardi Gras party I was very disciplined yesterday and drank tons of water too. Weighed this morning and still up a pound. No loss!I was hoping to at least get back to where I was on Saturday morning. My fault! I have three more day on this and I am going to follow it to a T!! Lisa, don't worry..you probably are losing inches and not lbs.Plus you are improving your BMI and shrinking your stomach!! I think when you have beer or wine it makes you crave carbs the next day! I was starving all day yesterday ...but just kept drinking water!! This website really helps knowing there are others out there with the same issues!! Have a blessed day and good luck!

Hi everyone! I did not weigh this weekend and I am scared to weigh in now. I had a salad at long horns and 6 oz of steak as well. IT was soooooo delicious I must say but the wierd thing about it is, I feel like I lost more weight. I hope I dont have a set back but I do know its possible with the dressing I had on my salad and the extra oz. of steak. The weekend is the hardest. I am fine through the week because I am at work and busy all day. But we have to be more disciplined on the weekend:)
Lisa hang in there, dont give up. As long as you are following the paln, you will lose. There were days last year when I didnt see any weight loss for about 2-3 days but my clothes were fitting a lot looser. So hang in there, it is well worth it. Cant wait to hear about everyone weigh in after having a bad weekend. We will all do better next weekend.

The Dr. mentioned to me that I might have spells that I won't see results on the scale but you are actually still loosing inches....

Hi everyone, Hope you all had a great weekend. I only lost 1/2 pound since yesterday. I am so upset. I follow the paln and it doesn't seem like I am losing as fast as I should be. I am thankful that I do not see an increase, but I had hoped to lose 30 pounds while on this diet and I am never going to make it at this rate.

Good job everyone! today is my 10th day and I have not weighed this weekend because we did go out and I did have a couple of beers, so I'll just wait until Mon. (fingers crossed)

Hi everyone, Lisa one pound is great!!!! yesterday I didnt lose any. Today I was down 2 lbs. we are still loosing at a incredible rate. I was the one with back pain, and I still have it. Be careful and make sure it is not your kidnies!!!! I think mine is a pulled muscle we have two Graet Dane puppies and they sleep with us and are getting too big!!! Loosing weight too fast can be hard on the kidney so tell your doctor.
