Day 9 of Releana and the official weigh-in at the Dr's office....
So the hunger is finally subsiding a bit. But I've had to scarf a tomato or some cucumber slices a time or two, just to keep from hurting my children. I protect my food like an inmate. I cooked some shrimp on the George Foreman grill last night and my sweet little 5 year old daughter says "Mommy can I have one of your shrimps?" Poor girl, I hope I didn't scar her for life. Even my husband is defending my portions. "Sweetie, you can't eat one of mommy's 8 shrimp, that's all she gets..."
Ok, so on to the good stuff.
My doc says I can come in as often as I'd like to weigh-in. The pull my chart, update my info. It all feels very legit. And this way, I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth! So, during my consultation I weighed-in at 134.6lbs......and today....drum roll please........126.6lbs!!!!
Whoo hooo! 8 lbs!!! Whooo HOOO!

Hey Donna...
I also use the Braggs stuff...the apple cider vinegar too! The amino spray is root beer flavored and used just to curb appetite sublingualy.
I used the Braggs aminos yesterday to sautee tenderloin chunks and brocolli together...it was my BEST meal yet! Except for the king crab legs...I love those! I also love the aspargras in balsamic vinegar grilled with my chicken!
and the weight on my drivers license...probably not - but close!!! TE HE!
and Donna...where do you get your drops?
Good weekend to all! I had to discontinue my drops again this weekend cuz of it being our anniversary and another party we have to be the guests of honor!

Hi everyone,
I'm on day 43 & down 28.5 lbs and I feel good. My energy levels are very good & I have almost no nights of insomnia. I have noticed less arthritis pain in my knees & I am able to be on my feet much longer without tiring. I was reading that for every pound lost, there is 3-4 lbs less pressure on the knee joints. I'm excited about finally getting this excess weight off and being able to live a healthier life. Today I'm going to buy a size 14 jeans. I haven't worn that size in 18 years. No more Women's department for me!!!
Following the VLCD is difficult at times, so keep thinking about the benefits.
BTW, in one HCG cookbook, the author used Bragg's Liquid Aminos as a flavoring ingredient. The taste is similar to soy sauce. Could that have the same effect as the amino acid spray Endoplus that Carol mentioned? I have been using it all along & I am still having good results. I bought the Bragg's Liquid Aminos at a health food store.

GM All,
I weighed in this morning at 154.3. Finally starting to lose a little bit again. It's the weekend again. I don't like weekends on this program. I will stay focus though. I'm really trying to get to 150.

Hey Claudia...
My clinic doesn't prescribe any diet pills...just supplements since its a naturalpath...when I wanted refills...instead of paying the 500% mark-up...I googled it and got it online cheaper...give it a shot! Good luck!
