Day 9 of Releana and the official weigh-in at the Dr's office....

So the hunger is finally subsiding a bit. But I've had to scarf a tomato or some cucumber slices a time or two, just to keep from hurting my children. I protect my food like an inmate. I cooked some shrimp on the George Foreman grill last night and my sweet little 5 year old daughter says "Mommy can I have one of your shrimps?" Poor girl, I hope I didn't scar her for life. Even my husband is defending my portions. "Sweetie, you can't eat one of mommy's 8 shrimp, that's all she gets..."

Ok, so on to the good stuff.

My doc says I can come in as often as I'd like to weigh-in. The pull my chart, update my info. It all feels very legit. And this way, I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth! So, during my consultation I weighed-in at 134.6lbs......and today....drum roll please........126.6lbs!!!!

Whoo hooo! 8 lbs!!! Whooo HOOO!

Hey Ladies...

My doc confirmed the lost potency of the drops ... so she gave me a coupla tricks...one I take everyday...Ultra Lean Appetite Control and the other is an amino acid spray called ENDOPLUS which I use a coupla times a week when I feel HUNGRY! Today is day 39 total on drops 37 LCD and 21 lbs! Finally got folks talkin about what am I doin!!!

Hi Claudia,

I did an apple day when I was stuck for a couple of days. I didn't get hungry (6 apples is more food than it sounds like). Can't hurt to try it.

GM, girls well im half done with my bottle and im still hungry! LOL IDK i've been super hungry to eat anything but i havent! my Dr said to have an apple day so instead of eating my meals eat 6 apples during the day and that's it! What do you girls think? please let me know any suggestions?

Hang in there Tonia- you're doing great! i have read that Releana is most potent the first few weeks after it is mixed, maybe that's why it's less effective at the end? The saliva thing makes sense too.

Congrats to Richelle on maintenance weight loss. That's motivating that you can still lose while do maintenance. I agree Claudia and Richelle that we have come a long way. My weightloss is starting to really show and everyone at work is wanting to know what I'm doing.

Today I weighed in at 155. I am in a bit of a stall right now. This is the third day at 155. I won't get discouraged. This to shall past I guess. My first goal was 150 by Nov 14th. It's look kind of shady on whether or not I make it. I have a question for any one out there. Have you noticed that as you get to the end of your bottle of Releana your weight loss starts to stall and when you start a new bottle you begin to lose again daily. I mentioned this to my doctor. I told her that I thought the Releana was not as strong towards the end of the bottle and she said another patient said the same thing. She thought begin the little vial thing that you squirt under your tongue starts to break down the Releana because of the Saliva that gets on it. I'm just curious to know if anyone else is having this experience. I am almost done with my second bottle and I notice a significant stall and I become a little bit more hungrier than before. This happen with my first bottle and now my second bottle it's happening again. Let me know.

Yes, Claudia I agree- we have come a long way. I notice that it is so much easier to to normal, everyday things. I just always thought I was tired because I wasn't getting enough sleep. i sleep less now & have more energy.

I think this is defiinitely the answer to weight loss for me. I started the diet on Sat Oct 31, 2009 and have been on diet 5 days and have loss 6 lbs in 5 days. I am not hungry, I have not craved sweets, and I have followed diet as told. My clothes feel so good on for a change. I have been chewing a lot of sugar free gum. That may also have helped.

Good Morning girls!!! Richelle thanks a bunch, ya me too i was like i wearing small jeans and i dont want to go back to size 15! We have came a looooonnggg way to go back to the same thing over again! So i will keep trying and keep going!

Weighed int his morning at 155.1. I'll take it. Hi Jennifer. Welcome. You can definitely do it. I don't have a set menu plan but I can share what I do. Normally on sundays I measure out my chicken breast and some lean beef or fish and I take the allowed vegetables and steam the veggies. I season and cook the meat on my grill pan or in the oven following the directions of not using any oils only non-stick cooking spray and I put all my meals for the week and saturday in containers so in the evening I just cook for my husband and take my food out and microwave. This is helpful so I never have to think to hard about what I'm going eat. All my meals are prepared ahead of time. It doesn't take a long time to prepare them because it's so basic. I work so this also helps because I prepare my lunches and dinners for this week. It doesn't take more than 40 minutes. For me knowing that I have food prepared has been wonderful. When I'm in a crunch I have to eat out I eat a salad no dressing, cheese, croutons, etc. and I have that with grilled chicken.
