Well as suspected the scale is on track. Down another lb. today. I also took my measurements which are progressing right along with the scale.

I started digging out all my old jeans to see if I could wear anything that was previously too tight.

I do have big Christmas cookie baking plans, so I'm a little stressed about that. But maybe I should just get it over with and move on....

I'm really only about 3 lbs. from my original goal weight, but I think I'm gonna keep going, for a few more. Especially since my Dr. gave me permission to "eat normally" on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Hi Sophie my name is Brenda I am on day 6 of my Releana(under the tongue) and so far down 9 pounds.What is the apple thing you are talking about? And, did your Dr advise not to start exercise for 2 weeks into it?

Hi ladies! I'm sooo glad there is a group for Releana. I started my own blog thinking that no one out there was sharing their experience. It's such a relief to find you gals. I'm Sophie and I'm now on Day 12 of the 500-cal diet. If you'd asked me yesterday, I'd say I'd lost 9 pounds in 10 days. Awesome! But today...it's a different story. I'm up 1.5 pounds for now freakin' reason. I dont cheat on my diet at all. The only thing I did differently yesterday was have a diet soda and a cup of apple-zinger tea unsweetened. I drank 4 liters of water though. Has this happened to anyone else? This weird unexplained weight gain? I'm going to try the apple day today. I want to stay motivated. Good luck to everyone out there. I know we're all going to make it, even though it may be a bit of a roller coaster ride.
