A colon cleanse diet involves things you should avoid as well as things you should be eating. Many of the things to avoid on a colon cleanse diet are obvious: fast food, soft drinks, processed sugar. Other things you should avoid on a colon cleanse diet are not so obvious, like rice, milk and tea. Having a colon cleanse program at home such as supplements is not only cheaper, is it much less invasive. Whichever colon cleanse program you chose, you will be happy you did it.
