Hi all! I finally started my fast. Im ending day four now as we speak. The first three days were hard.....alot of hunger pains! Day four is going better but having some headaches, dizziness! It passes when I sip on some fresh, raw orange juice then follow with water. Im doing nothing but orange juice, water and maybe an herbal tea twice a day. Hoping to make it to atleast day 14. Have a ways to go! I have seen so many do this for 21-40 days but that just seems so out of reach for me being a first timer. In some ways....I need to make it fourteen days and know I will be ok before I feel brave enough to take on that big of a fast. Hoping to clear up some health issues with this and with the herbs, etc. Just wanted to update! Will update again once I get passed the seventh day.

I would love to journal this! Although Im closing in on the last lag of my fast I will try to remember details, etc and post them. I did do the three days of epsom salts and it helped IMMENSELY! I just think I have alot of gut issues that still need to be healed. All those little ulcerations, etc in there being exposed!

2 questions:
1. Did you start your first fast with the epsom salts that Dr Christopher recommends for 1st fast? It's said to control the hunger-pangs.
2. Can I get you to journal this in the Fasting Group at BFs? Specific details day by day of what you consumed and how you feel?
