HELP. I'm in P2 and day 16. I've been on a plateau for 4 days and hungry

I'm on phase 2 day 16. I've been gaining weight and getting weak and extremely hungry. Anyone know if this will pass?

Jeanne,I hope I dont offend you,are you anywhere near menopause,even perimenopause? I have never heard of Zyline...have you tried the apple day yet? I wonder if going on birth control would help balance out some hormone levels,and it is acceptable to take on all phases.just a thought.that is interesting though,please keep me informed,as to whats happeneing.,in the meantime,good luck,Im sorry I couldnt be more helpful.....

Okay, I found what you were talking about! LOL Hey, that is fasinating. I also take DHEA, but only 10 mgs. I've never heard of Zyline. What does progesterone and estrgen have to do with weight loss? Interesting.

I just talked to GHI. Apparently, in reviewing my bloodwork, they saw that my progesterone and estrogen are all messed up, hence the difficulty in Phase 2 I've been having with hunger, etc., and plateau. They suggested hormone replacement therapy only after Phase 2, but in the meantime, to get my metabolism kicked back into gear, they're shipping me out Zyline (fat burner) and told me to take 25 mgs of DHEA.

well,you havent had much to lose total,but you still shouldnt be weak.....the days I was really hungry,I would divide " my portions into halves or quarters,just so I could 'nibble a few bites every few hours...that seemed to help me with the bad hunger and weak feeling,but mine subsided in a weeks time.I take mine the same way...250 cc.I wish I could be more helpful,I would still try to do the apple day,just eat a half an apple,every hour or so and drink as much water/tea as you can get down,and remember,: it's only for 1 day! good luck to you!

250 cc subcutaneous. I'm too weak to eat just apples. I lost 12 pounds in 12 days (with only 20 pounds total to lose on this diet) and so I'm thinking these last 5 pounds are the hardest. Unfortunately it's all in my thighs - the place I need to lose it the most. I'm going to try to dring as much Yerba Mate as possible. The last time this happened that helped the hunger - just like Kevin said in his book. Thanks for your support. You mean so much to me.

Hi Jeanne, have you been following this carefully?it says in the book (KT).....to do an apple day I think after 3 or 4 days of no loss.I would refer back to that.I cant imagine why you would be hungry at this point.how much hcg are you getting a day?
