Hi Joy, I recommend that you inject about 3 inches to the left or right of your bellybutton (alternate sides each day). I do not recommend drinking it at all. You need to either follow the instructions for food in the KT book or follow the raw food version for additional health benefits. I recommend doing home enemas with chlorophyll to clean both the colon and the liver at the same time. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Can someone tell me where and how you are injectioning the HCG? I just ordered some but I'm really not sure what I'm supposed to do with it- Can you drink it? Do you need to follow the cookbook exactly? Does it matter what colon cleaner I use? Any help would really be appreciated!!

Yesterday was day 25 of the hCG shots. I left home late yesterday for the weekend and forgot my hCG..I'm freaking out!! Should I? I have never skipped a day and have been reading blogs that say I should. I wont be home until late tomorrow night. Should I do the shot then and then again the next morning? Help1

The mixing syringe is 3cc, and the needle is 27gauge at 1-1/4" long. We don't inject with this large of a needle of course, we use insulin syringes for that.

This was for 20 days worth because HCG does not keep for longer than 30 days after it is mixed. For the 45 day cycle we mix 2 of these vials, and the second just gets mixed when it is needed of course. Remember the protocol states that you should skip 1 day per week, so you will only inject 40 days during the cycle.

We take the amount out each day of injection. You can prefill if you want, but we found this to be a headache with all of the space the syringes would take in the refrigerator. It's just based on preference.

what size needle is that your using in video ? did you just mix a 43day ? do you take daily dosage out each day or prefill syringes?
