Ever considered a ROCK? What's it made of? It's inorganic minerals, non-living minerals, pffft ... let's call them what they are: DEAD MINERALS. Are you aware that even the earth works very hard at purging itself of these? Have you ever ridden around the old farm-lands of the north and seen the rock walls? Nobody went around bringing those rocks there to build those walls; it's the rocks that the farmer had to remove from his fields each year before plowing. The earth regergitates them!! (This was explained to me by my father-in-law more than 20 yrs ago as he rode me around the mountain area of Pa that were his boyhood home.)

NOW...
Consider the body: I am a hydro-electric plant on 2 feet. I'm 70%+ water when properly hydrated; my body-functions run off electrical impulses. How can this be? MINERALS. It's organic, LIVING minerals, from live plant sources, that make this possible. "Eat your fruits and vegetables" ... didn't we all hear this as kids? Those fruits and vegetables are THE source of organic minerals.

My reading over the last 3 years and my body have proven to me that I get MORE energy when I eat RAW fruits and vegetables ... AND, my body is better able to purge the inorganic minerals.

The liver recognizes calcium, etc as what it is. If inorganic, the cells can't use it, so the liver goes "hey, I might need that for an emergency" and it stores the mineral away. In our joints, it's arthritis ... in our blood, it's hardening of the arteries ... in our heart it's a heart dis-ease of varying names ... in our liver it's congestion, gallstones, sluggiesh liver, sluggish digestion ... in our kidneys, it's stones. Inorganic minerals turn a human body into ROCK!

In the name of "busy society" and "convenience" we now eat not just cooked foods almost exclusively, but processed foods that contain MORE of these minerals as preservatives. Heating foods to more than 118degrees causes molecular changes in the phytonutrients in the food, this is true of ALL food.

Can we undo the damage done? AB SO LUTE LY
Susan Powter made "Stop the Insanity" a popular phrase back in the 90s; it is TOO true! The definition of insanity is to keep doing what you're doing, expecting a different result.

My personal choice:
~I drink distilled water - NO rock minerals. I'll get my minerals from a different source, ty!
~I eat organics, most of it raw.
~I supplement my diet with oganic, unrefined, cold-pressed PLANT oils.
~I feed dis-eased body systems with herbs/high-content phytonutrients while they heal.

Do I see a day when I won't need any more herbs? *sigh* I do not. I live on a polluted planet. I figure my body is regularly going to need aid in ridding itself of the pollution.

Take the tonics on cruise!

GOODNESS, Wendy, the Chinese Endocrine gave me the worst detox I've had yet. I'm glad that's over for awhile! I'll do it again later though cuz it sure was effective for what's ailing me!

It ain't worth the trouble to argue with folks over the minerals in the soil. People selling supplements use conventionally grown stats to convince. I don't eat conventional foods.
My gray hair has turned blonde and brown. My skin has improved unbelievably. My energy is much better. My body systems function, and I ain't taken a supplement yet!
