looking for folic acid. what name brands should i stay away from?
im looking for folic acid vitamins but i dont know what brand to trust. does anyone knows the brands of vitamins i should stay away from? thanks

- Lucy, I stay away from ALL isolated vitamins. REAL vitamins need other vitamins, minerals, factors and co-factors in order to be assimilated by the body.
