You know what you need to do and that it works if you stick to it. I'm on Day 32 of P2R3 and I'm really getting bored but I know that I'm almost done. I'll just have to work real hard at maintaining! The funny thing is I still feel as if I could stand to lose a little more but my husband and everyone else around me keep telling me I look great and I shouldn't lose anymore. I've been so tempted by everything they are eating but I've come this far and I don't want to screw it up now. I figure in a few weeks I can start adding some different foods. I'm going to try to follow what K.T. said about P3 and avoid adding certain foods during that time, I'll just eat more of the P2 foods as long as I can.
Keep us posted as far as how you're doing. Think about all the skinny clothes you'll be able to wear this summer when you're done. ttyl
