Dis-ease is anything that shows up as illness. It is the symptom of the root cause of all illness, ACIDOSIS, the accumulation of acid ash in the body. The main cause of this condition is our foods ... there are other contributing factors.
The way to reverse acidosis is to STOP doing what has made you ill by changing your diet, your personal care products and household cleaning products to ones that do NOT contribute to acidosis and start doing things that give the body good building blocks of nutrition while at the same time doing cleansing that will help the body to clear the acid ash out of the body. NONE of this is done over night. It's an ongoing process of making better choices.
Beginning steps of a holistic lifestyle would be:
DO NO HARM:
~NO white flour
~NO white sugar
~NO white table salt
~NO "white oils"/grocery store oil are denatured oils and BAD for the body
~NO processed foods, nothing out of a can or box
~NO fast foods
~Become an ingredients detective ... read labels ... learn what the BAD guys are and avoid them like the plague with your personal care and household products.

TO DO LIST:
~You are 70% water if properly hydrated. The most important choice you're going to make in your life is your fluid intake:
~~PURE water ... I drink distilled water, it pulls those inorganic minerals out of storage.
~~organic juices, best choice is fresh produce made into juice in your own kitchen
~~organic herbal teas
~Food that give you good building blocks
~~organic leafy greens and fruit (anything with seeds inside), most of it raw
~~organic, unrefined, cold-pressed oils, 3-5 tablespoons daily ... examples: coconut oil, flax seed oil, hemp oil, borage oil. Udo's Choice makes a balanced omega oil called Udo's Choice 3-6-9.
~~Study and implement mucus-less diet and proper food combining.
~Do the cleanses ... do them in order ... do them THOROUGHLY. On the top of this page is a tab for "GROUPS." You can go there and find "Cleanse Group." In the cleanse group, I have written an article on the common sense order of cleansing. In that thread someone asked what particular formulas I use for each and I gave my personal cleanse regime.
~Supplement any dis-eased systems with herbal support formulas specifically for that body part or body system until the blood is clean enough to CURE the dis-ease.
~Get gentle exercise ... walking for 20 minutes each day or 3 sessions of 2 minutes each on a rebounder get the blood flowing, clear the lymph system and gets oxygen to the cells.
~Get a minimum of 20 minutes of sunshine on as much exposed skin as possible each day.
