As a Vietnam veteran, I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank all our vets who have served in the military as well as those who are still serving in the military for keeping our country safe and protecting our freedom. Just wanted to thanks all those who have contributed by sending me links & videos of things we all need to know about. I appreciate all the information that has been sent me and as usual I post them for all to see.

We need more team effort like this to help one another. I figure that one needs to give credit where credit is do.

There are many types but here are a few: The different types of muscular dystrophy affect different sets of muscles and result in different degrees of muscle weakness.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Becker muscular dystrophy

Myotonic dystrophy

Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy

Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy
