Hi there! Long time no talk to....sorry I have not been on here for awhile, been so busy with my new born....she is now 4 months! I can hardly believe it.
I just wanted to let you know that i think of you from time to time. I wanted to let you know how i was doing with my hive situation, cause I remember you gave me lots of advise and stuff. :) It's getting better. I don't get them everyday, usually every other day or every 2 days.
So something is changing...but I still get them. A friend of mine reccomended I go on cascara sagrada.....so i decided to take the herbal supplement turkey rhubarb (has cascara in it) and hopefully it will clean my colon out. I hear that stuff is very potent. (pill form too) It's so potent It is supposed to take out parasites too. So i'm really exited about cleaning my colon out. I really need to get the toxins out, and i believe based on all my research that is why I have my hives. My liver is unable to strain out the toxins cause there is too many that it is overwhelming my liver, so it's bypassing my liver and just floating around my bloodstream, hence why I get hives.
I will have to keep yu posted though on what happeneds. I read in the article online.that if I stick with turkey rhubarb, it should take about 6-9 months to completely clean out the colon....

Comgratulations on your house guest, and your upcomming military ceremony. You must be so proud of them all.....congratulations.
Our house guests just moved out last week, it has been hectic with them living here since the end of February. it's alway different when 2 other families are living under your rool. We were pretty much picking up the tab. My huband and i felt we needed to help them since they couldn't pay there rent. They weren't sure where they were going. I guy had 2 kids the other one had 3 kids. We all need to help out in this economical crunch we are all in.

Whew! Have been so busy, trying to get ready for a house guest arriving from the Netherlands on the 12th, and my husbands two sisters.

There is a military ceremony planned here at Ft. Knox for him; they plan to honor him and then a luncheon. My husband has worked hard to make this happen; should be some Generals there in attendance, some other military units, newspapers, etc. I'm getting excited!
SOUNDS EXCITING.
Sebastian is being recognized for his efforts and adoptions of US soldiers graves from World War 11. .He has created his own websites and maintains them; works with other agencies where anything military is involved. The thing is, he is only sixteen years old! Very intelligent and mature for his age.
WOW.
My husband is a military history expert, so to speak, and he and Sebastian became friends when my husband was doing research for another book he is writing; he was corresponding with Sebastian for several weeks, thinking he was an adult, Sebastian was helping my husband with some of his research questions, and it was at that time my husband found out Sebastian was only 15, last year.
I’LL BET THAT WAS A BIT OF SHOCK?
Since then, we have become close to Sebastian and invited him to come and visit with us over the summer. He will be here for two weeks. He does not know about the dinner being held in his honor or the appreciation and recognition plaque/award he will be presented by the mlitary for his efforts on behalf of American military veterans and their families.

One of the graves that he has adopted happens to be my husbands two sisters dad, who was killed almost immediately the first week he went to war.
SORRY TO HEAR THAT.
They too, are going to be recognized and will be receiving their dads medals, things they should have received at the time of his passing, but never did. They have never had closure with his death, and maybe this will help to do that.
THAT WOULD BE A BLESSING.
They do not know how he was killed. Their dad's body was never returned.
They are also going to be presented with a flag that has flown over our nations capital! They are also going to meet some of the men who were in their dad's unit; I'm sure they will have lots of questions for them.
IF IT WERE ME I KNOW I WOULD HAVE TONS OF QUESTIONS.
They know about Sebastian being honored at this event, but they do not know that they will also be recognized and will be on the receiving end of this event, too. That's okay, they are both professionals, so the element of surprise won't throw them off guard; otherwise, we'd let them know. So, like I said, I'm beginning to get excited about this!!

You had asked what brought me to CC; well, couldn't sleep one morning, so started watching those infomercials, flipping from statiion to station. Kevin Trudeau was on, talking about his weight loss secret. I needed to lose about forty pounds; I had been so unsuccessful and had tried so hard to lose the weight. UNFORTUNETLY THIS HAPPENS A LOT, EVEN TO ME IN A CASE THAT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN YOURS.
He cut my sciatic nerve, I thought it would kill me if I didn't do it myself. I had no control of my foot, pain was incredible, excruciating.
I CAN ONLY IMAGINE.
I was gaining weight and did not know why. So the infomercial was a Godsend.

I HAD A SERVE CASE OF SINUSTITUS, PLYOPS (IF I SPELLED THAT RIGHT) IN MY SINUS CAVITY, DEVIATED SEPTUM FROM AN INDUSTRAIL ACCIDENT, NASAL DRIP, A DEAD SOCKET (AN OPEN HOLE WHERE A TOOTH USED TO BE-CAUSED BY A DUMB DENTIST EXTRACTING THE TOOTH INCORRECTLY AND TARING THE BONE) AND WIDE OPEN TO THE SINUS CAVITY ITSELF, AND AS A RESULT, SLEEPY DEPRIVITY. JUST TO NAME A FEW.
HADN’T SMELL OR TASTED ANY THING IN ALMOST 2 YEARS, COULDN’T SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NASAL DRIP AND BOTH NASTRALS CLOGGED COMPLETELY, CONSTANT INFECTIONS WITH THE OPEN SINUS CAVITY, AND AT ONE BECAUSE OF THE SLEEP DEPRIVITY THING, MY MIND WAS GOING CRAZY AND AT THE TIME, I DID CONSIDER THROWING IN THE TOWEL ON MY LIFE. THAT’S EASY. WHEN YOU HAVE EITHER CABLE OR DSL, AND MAYBE SATELITE AND USING A MODEM WITH A ROUTER, IF YOU’RE INTERNET SPEED IS FAST ENOUGH, YOU CAN RUN AS MANY PC’S AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU WANT.
MY DESKTOP IS WHAT THEY CALL HARD WIRED, MEANING IT HAS PHYSICAL WIRES CONNECTED TO IT (MODEM AND ROUTER). MY OTHER 2 LAPTOPS HAVE BLUE TOOTH & WIFI WHICH ALLOWS ME TO ACCESS MY INTERNET SERVICE THROW THE ROUTER WIRELESSLY. I CAN GO OUT ON THE PORCH, IN THE GARAGE, IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE ALL WITH NO WIRES.
THE OTHER DESKTOPS I USE A WIRELESS ADAPTER TO WIRELESSLY CONNECT TO MY ROUTER ANY WHERE IN THE HOUSE.
REALLY COOL WHEN YOU’RE WORKING ON SEVERAL PC’S AT THE SAME TIME OR IF YOU WANT TO SIT OUT ON THE PORCH AND DO YOUR EMAILS INSTEAD OF SITTING IN THE HOUSE.
AS I MENTIONED, IT IS EASY IF YOU HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND KNOW HOW.
hi terrie thanks for being so kind...yes your friend was very helpful...............i decided to get a root canal soon.............i finally got it to pop.i kept putting hot compresses on it and then the tea tree iol.............and now the pressure and pain is gone...yeah! but every so often it trys to fill back up so i push on it with my lip so it will drain and then gargle with HP....... wonder how long it will do that? such a pain in the butt...when i finally get all the infection gone? i'm gonna get that root canal..............................thanks again for all you and carlas help....you ROCK as usual.........

I really appreciate the time you've taken to answer my computer woes. My computer has gotten sooooo slow. Took about three or four minutes to get to your page, then in my other attempt to get here, the internet connection was disrupted. HHMMMMM.

When I try to download something, it acts like it is installing it; then hours later, I have a message that says "unable to download" or something like that, after waiting all those hours for it to download.
IT SOUNDS LIKE THE PC & INTERNET CONNECTION ARE TO SLOW AND THERE FOR MAYBE TIMING OUT AS THEY CALL IT. WON’T HAVE ANY IDEA WITHOUT KNOWING HOW OLD THE SYSTEM IS AND WHAT SPECS THE PC HAS.
The computers about six years old.
When it is connected to the internet, it will show the speed as being at 40, sometimes 38, or something or other.
FOR DIAL UP SPEED, THAT IS ABOUT THE BEST YOU CAN EXPECT, BUT IS SLOWER THEN A SNAIL. I WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER CABLE, DSL, OR SATELITE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. IF I HAD TO GO THROUGH WHAT YOU ARE WITH ALL THAT I DO WITH MINE, I WOULDN’T EVEN BOTHER GOING ON THE NET ANY MORE. JUST TOO DARN SLOW AND SOME THING WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE USING DIAL UP.
There are days when I can catch a lucky day and the computer will run faster.
ALSO CONSIDER THE IDEA THAT SOME TIMES IT ISN’T A MATTER OF PC SPEED OR INTERNET ACCESS, SOME TIMES THE SERVERS ARE OVERLOADED. THIS HAPPENS EVEN TO ME AND I KNOW IT ISN’T MY SYSTEM. ON THIS MACHINE I AM USING RIGHT NOW, IS A DELL DESKTOP RUNNING VISTA (WHICH I CAN’T STAND), BUT HAS 4GB OF RAM. 2.33 GHz DUAL CORE PROCESSOR, 320GB HARD DRIVE, AND AN EXTERNAL 2 WIRE MODEM (HAS BOTH A MODEM & ROUTER WHICH ALLOWS ME TO RUN 5 PC’S ON THE INTERNET ALL AT THE SAME TIME AND WIRELESSLY). COMPARE MINE WITH YOURS WHEN YOU FIND OUT WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR SYSTEM.
Here lately, it takes forever to go from one page to another.

We live in a hick town, for just dial up only, no other service, it's $70 bucks a month. I don't know if that is a competitive price or not. But up until just recently, it's been very workable; slow, yes, but not slow like this!!
I HAVE A SUGESTION FOR YOU. A FRIEND OF MINE BOUGHT A DEVICE THAT PLUGS INTO HIS PC OR LAPTOP ANDD CAN ACCESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET NO MATTER WHERE HE GOES. ALLTEL HAS A DEVICE WHICH COSTS ABOUT $100 AND THE SERVICE FEE IS AROUND $60 A MONTH. I USED IT 2 WEEKS AGO AT A FIAR WE WERE AT 100,S OF MILES AWAY FROM HOME AND IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM. DO NOT MISTAKE THIS SATEALITE THING WITH ALLTEL WITH THE SATELITE SYSTEM THEY STICK ON YOUR HOUSE. THE ALLTEL THING WORKED EXCELLENT AND THE HOUSE SATELITE THING WORKED HORRIBLY.

YES, USUALLY MORE THOUGH. I GET THROW AWAY PC SYSTEMS AND PUT THEM TOGETHER AS WELL AS WORK ON PEOPLES SYSTEMS TO HELP THEM OUT. I SELL THE USED MACHINES SUPER CHEAP AND USUALLY I DO NOT CHARGE PEOPLE TO FIX SOFTWARE ISSUES CAUSED BY VIRUSES AND SO ON. I HAVE WORKED ON AS MANY AS 5 PC’S AT A TIME. PLACES TO LOOK ARE IN “INTERNET OPTIONS”, YOUR SETTINGS, YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS, WINDOWS DEFENDER IF IT IS ACTIVE, WINDOWS FIREWAL, ANTI VIRUS FIRE WALL, SPYWARE SOFTWARE SETTINGS IF YOU USE A SPYWARE PROGRAM. THESE ARE THE FIRST PLACES I WOULD BE LOOKING. WHEN I FIGURE OUT WHAT IS CASUING THE ISSUE WITH MINE AND YOU HAVEN’T FIXED YOURS YET, I’LL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I FIND OUT.
2. When we try to download the latest version, it won't download it.
MINE WILL ALLOW IT TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL, BUT, WHEN YOU GO VIEW A VIDEO, IT SAYS I NEED THE LATEST VERSION OF FLASH PLAYER. WE MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME ISSUE HERE. WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU MEAN IT WON’T ALLOW YOU TO DOWNLOAD IT? DOES THE DOWNLOAD WINDOW OPEN? IF SO, WHEN YOU CLICK OKAY, DOWNLOAD, OPEN OR WHATEVER, WHAT HAPPENS THEN? IT COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS EXSPLORER BLOCKING YOUR DOWN LOAD THROUGH THE BROWSER. EXAMPLE MAY BE EXSPLORER MAY BLOCK POP WINDOWS WHICH WOULD STOPYOU FROM BEING ABLE TO OPNE THE POP UP WINDOW THAT SOME TIMES IS USED FOR THE DOWNLOAD PAGE. NOT SURE IF I EXPLAINED THAT IN A WAY YOU COULD UNDERSTAND. TELL ME MORE SPECIFICALLY WHAT YOU DO, AND WHAT HAPPENS AS YOU GO. MAYBE I CAN FIGURE IT OUT SEEING THE STEPS YOU’RE GOING THROUGH TO DOWNLOAD THIS FILE.
3. We have spent hours and hours trying to download Flash Player, but it just won't. We have probably made 15 attempts to download it.
GIVE MORE SPECIFIC STEPS YOU TAKE TO ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN MAYBE I CAN FIGURE IT OUT.
4. Do you think we cannot download the latest version of flash player because we have a firewall up? Should we turn it off and try again?
BEFORE YOU DO ANY THING, LET ME KNOW THE SPECIFIC STEPS YOU TAKE AND THEN WE WILL GO FROM THERE.
It is really frustrating because I am missing out on a lot of good info out there due to this.

I hate to bother you, but would you have any idea as to why I can't watch any of these videos?

ASIDE FROM THE DOWNLOAD ISSUE, SOME VIDEOS MAY REALLY GIVE YOU A HARD TIME IF YOU CAN VIEW THEM AT ALL ON DIAL UP. I CAN RECALL YEARS AGO HAVING TO WAIT 15 MINUTES TO WATCH ONE SMALL AND SHORT VIDEO CLIP. IF I HAD TO GO BACK TO DIAL UP, I WOULDN’T EVEN BOTHER GOING ON THE NET ANY MORE. WOULD FRYSTRATE THE PANTS OFF ME.
ON YOUR DIAL UP, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE SPEED OF THE MODEM IS OR WHAT YOUR ACCESS SPEED IS? LIKE A LATE MDOEL DIAL MODEM WOULD BE SAY 56k MODEM, OR SOME THING A BIT HIGHER.
Also, how can I catch the Kevin Trudeau show?
THAT IS A GOOD QUESTION AND I DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER FOR YOU. BUT I CAN FIND OUT THOUGH. BEEN PUTTING MY PAGE BACK TOGETHER FOR OVER A MONTH SO I HAVEN’T BEEN DOING MUCH OF ANY THING ELSE BUT THAT.

YES IT IS. THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I WATCHED ONE OF HIS SHOWS THROUGH MY COMPUTER, I ENDED UP WITH A VIRUS SO BAD IT CRASHED MY SYTEM AND I COULDN’T GET THE VIRUS OUT. SO I HAD TO REDO THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WHICH TAKES ABOUT 2 MONTHS WITH ALL THE STUFF I HAVE ON IT AND I SWORE I’D NEVER WATCH ANOTHER ONE OF HIS SHOWS LIKE THAT. MAYBE IT WAS A FLUKE BUT I WASN’T GOING TO TAKE ANY CHANCES BY WATCHING ANOTHER SHOW. IT WAS SCANING MY PC AND SENDING OUT ALL MY PERSONAL DATA TO SOME SERVER OUT IN CYBER SPACE.
I am ignorant about these things, I know, so your sympathy is most welcome, lol.

USE WINDOWS UPDATE, INSTALL THE UPDATES, RESTART IT AND DO IT AGAIN, AND KEEP DOING THAT UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE UPDATES. WHEN YOU FINISH THAT, WE CAN GO TO THE NEXT STEP OF UPDATING WINDOWS.

Bacteriostatic water is both distilled and pH balanced, distilled water is simply boiled to remove contaminates. If the pH is not correct then you cannot inject it or you might have other issues.
The green smoothies are simply 750mL of water, 1 orange, 2 bananas, handful of spinach, 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds, 2 ozs of wheatgrass, 2-5 leaves of green kale (based on size), 2-4 leaves of romaine lettuce, and optional dandelion leaves and/or goji berries in a blender for at least 1 minute. If you don't have a high speed blender like a vitamix, then you might want to put the items in a few at a time, blend a bit and add more to keep from overloading it.
You can drink many other types of tea besides green tea and yerba mate, like chamomile, oolong, etc.

Yeah it is a good money maker for me and I love the products and so does everyone that uses them, from young girls to elderly women to farmers to truck drivers. It is funny! I just started selling Norwex products. Out of Norway originally. You clean with only these cloths and water. No chemicals at all. The mop the same thing, yet it gets rid of 99% of bacteria because there is silver interwoven in the fibers of the cloths. I have been astonished at how well the products work and even more so how much others love the products and call me to have a show to earn product. The nice part is that you don't have to do it like normal shows it is more like educating them on the uses of the products and people just go crazy buying. I haven't had a show yet that brought in less than $1000 and I live in a town where people don't like spending their money. LOL If you are looking to make some extra bucks and like to visit with people it is a fantastic opportunity to build a business. There are very few consultants in the US yet so chances of building a team is really within reach. I have been in it for 3 months and already have 2 people signed up under me. In this economy everyone either needs a job or needs an extra income and this company's sales were the highest ever in the past year with the whole recession thing going on. Anyway, you can tell I get excited about it. I just love it though and it gets me out and helps me make spending money and forget my problems. LOL
I will bump it up. I only have the mini tramp. I use it some times but my exercise regimen has gone by the way side for work and everything else. I did some stretching the other day but I work full time plus started selling Norwex products and have gotten really busy with that. Love it but very busy.
Terrie--thank you for the compliment. It is not easy, maintaining my weight. There are days that I would like to eat more than I'm allowed, but I don't. I just push it away b/c in doing so I am loving myself, taking care of myself. There are times, though, that I want to eat an extra 1/8 oz scrap cheese from my perfectly weighed 1oz, but I don't b/c that 1/8oz will add up. It can be difficult at times, so I do understand what you are talking about and feeling. I have a feeling that all of us with a weight problem can understand and empathize. Just pick up and start over. That is all. Just keep moving forward, taking care of yourself, loving yourself. :)

I just wanted to let you know that i think of you from time to time. I wanted to let you know how i was doing with my hive situation, cause I remember you gave me lots of advise and stuff. :) It's getting better. I don't get them everyday, usually every other day or every 2 days.
So something is changing...but I still get them. A friend of mine reccomended I go on cascara sagrada.....so i decided to take the herbal supplement turkey rhubarb (has cascara in it) and hopefully it will clean my colon out. I hear that stuff is very potent. (pill form too) It's so potent It is supposed to take out parasites too. So i'm really exited about cleaning my colon out. I really need to get the toxins out, and i believe based on all my research that is why I have my hives. My liver is unable to strain out the toxins cause there is too many that it is overwhelming my liver, so it's bypassing my liver and just floating around my bloodstream, hence why I get hives.
I will have to keep yu posted though on what happeneds. I read in the article online.that if I stick with turkey rhubarb, it should take about 6-9 months to completely clean out the colon....

Our house guests just moved out last week, it has been hectic with them living here since the end of February. it's alway different when 2 other families are living under your rool. We were pretty much picking up the tab. My huband and i felt we needed to help them since they couldn't pay there rent. They weren't sure where they were going. I guy had 2 kids the other one had 3 kids. We all need to help out in this economical crunch we are all in.

There is a military ceremony planned here at Ft. Knox for him; they plan to honor him and then a luncheon. My husband has worked hard to make this happen; should be some Generals there in attendance, some other military units, newspapers, etc. I'm getting excited!

Sebastian is being recognized for his efforts and adoptions of US soldiers graves from World War 11. .He has created his own websites and maintains them; works with other agencies where anything military is involved. The thing is, he is only sixteen years old! Very intelligent and mature for his age.
WOW.
My husband is a military history expert, so to speak, and he and Sebastian became friends when my husband was doing research for another book he is writing; he was corresponding with Sebastian for several weeks, thinking he was an adult, Sebastian was helping my husband with some of his research questions, and it was at that time my husband found out Sebastian was only 15, last year.
I’LL BET THAT WAS A BIT OF SHOCK?
Since then, we have become close to Sebastian and invited him to come and visit with us over the summer. He will be here for two weeks. He does not know about the dinner being held in his honor or the appreciation and recognition plaque/award he will be presented by the mlitary for his efforts on behalf of American military veterans and their families.

One of the graves that he has adopted happens to be my husbands two sisters dad, who was killed almost immediately the first week he went to war.
SORRY TO HEAR THAT.
They too, are going to be recognized and will be receiving their dads medals, things they should have received at the time of his passing, but never did. They have never had closure with his death, and maybe this will help to do that.
THAT WOULD BE A BLESSING.
They do not know how he was killed. Their dad's body was never returned.
They are also going to be presented with a flag that has flown over our nations capital! They are also going to meet some of the men who were in their dad's unit; I'm sure they will have lots of questions for them.
IF IT WERE ME I KNOW I WOULD HAVE TONS OF QUESTIONS.
They know about Sebastian being honored at this event, but they do not know that they will also be recognized and will be on the receiving end of this event, too. That's okay, they are both professionals, so the element of surprise won't throw them off guard; otherwise, we'd let them know. So, like I said, I'm beginning to get excited about this!!

You had asked what brought me to CC; well, couldn't sleep one morning, so started watching those infomercials, flipping from statiion to station. Kevin Trudeau was on, talking about his weight loss secret. I needed to lose about forty pounds; I had been so unsuccessful and had tried so hard to lose the weight. I was feeling so down in the dumps;

I had had surgery, a hip replacement, I had been born with congenital bilateral hip dysplasia (meaning I was born without proper hip sockets) and had to have the right hip replaced. BAAAAAAAADDDDDDD decision. Or bad doctor. Or both. Doctor ruined me.
UNFORTUNETLY THIS HAPPENS A LOT, EVEN TO ME IN A CASE THAT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN YOURS.
He cut my sciatic nerve, I thought it would kill me if I didn't do it myself. I had no control of my foot, pain was incredible, excruciating.
I CAN ONLY IMAGINE.
I was gaining weight and did not know why. So the infomercial was a Godsend.
IT HAS BEEN FOR ME AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS.
Bought the weight loss cure book, did the protocol, and lost the weight.

I HAD A SERVE CASE OF SINUSTITUS, PLYOPS (IF I SPELLED THAT RIGHT) IN MY SINUS CAVITY, DEVIATED SEPTUM FROM AN INDUSTRAIL ACCIDENT, NASAL DRIP, A DEAD SOCKET (AN OPEN HOLE WHERE A TOOTH USED TO BE-CAUSED BY A DUMB DENTIST EXTRACTING THE TOOTH INCORRECTLY AND TARING THE BONE) AND WIDE OPEN TO THE SINUS CAVITY ITSELF, AND AS A RESULT, SLEEPY DEPRIVITY. JUST TO NAME A FEW.
HADN’T SMELL OR TASTED ANY THING IN ALMOST 2 YEARS, COULDN’T SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NASAL DRIP AND BOTH NASTRALS CLOGGED COMPLETELY, CONSTANT INFECTIONS WITH THE OPEN SINUS CAVITY, AND AT ONE BECAUSE OF THE SLEEP DEPRIVITY THING, MY MIND WAS GOING CRAZY AND AT THE TIME, I DID CONSIDER THROWING IN THE TOWEL ON MY LIFE. MY DESKTOP IS WHAT THEY CALL HARD WIRED, MEANING IT HAS PHYSICAL WIRES CONNECTED TO IT (MODEM AND ROUTER). MY OTHER 2 LAPTOPS HAVE BLUE TOOTH & WIFI WHICH ALLOWS ME TO ACCESS MY INTERNET SERVICE THROW THE ROUTER WIRELESSLY. I CAN GO OUT ON THE PORCH, IN THE GARAGE, IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE ALL WITH NO WIRES.
THE OTHER DESKTOPS I USE A WIRELESS ADAPTER TO WIRELESSLY CONNECT TO MY ROUTER ANY WHERE IN THE HOUSE.
REALLY COOL WHEN YOU’RE WORKING ON SEVERAL PC’S AT THE SAME TIME OR IF YOU WANT TO SIT OUT ON THE PORCH AND DO YOUR EMAILS INSTEAD OF SITTING IN THE HOUSE.
AS I MENTIONED, IT IS EASY IF YOU HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND KNOW HOW.

I really appreciate the time you've taken to answer my computer woes. My computer has gotten sooooo slow. Took about three or four minutes to get to your page, then in my other attempt to get here, the internet connection was disrupted. HHMMMMM.
THIS IS TYICAL OF DIAL UP CONNECTIONS & OLD SLOW MOE COMPUTER SYSTEMS. THE GRAPHICS USED TODAT CHEW UP A LOT OF OUR PC RESOURCES.
Anyway, I'll have to get back to you about your computer questions for me. I do know this computer is a 56 K.
I HOPE YOU DO NOT MEAN YOU ONLY HAVE 56K RAM IN IT? IF SO, I SUGGEST GETTING A NEWER UPDATED ONE. IF YOU MEANT 56K DIAL UP MODEM, THAT IS THE BASIC STANDARD FOR OLDER PC’S.
When I try to download something, it acts like it is installing it; then hours later, I have a message that says "unable to download" or something like that, after waiting all those hours for it to download.
IT SOUNDS LIKE THE PC & INTERNET CONNECTION ARE TO SLOW AND THERE FOR MAYBE TIMING OUT AS THEY CALL IT. WON’T HAVE ANY IDEA WITHOUT KNOWING HOW OLD THE SYSTEM IS AND WHAT SPECS THE PC HAS.
The computers about six years old.
When it is connected to the internet, it will show the speed as being at 40, sometimes 38, or something or other.
FOR DIAL UP SPEED, THAT IS ABOUT THE BEST YOU CAN EXPECT, BUT IS SLOWER THEN A SNAIL. I WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER CABLE, DSL, OR SATELITE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. IF I HAD TO GO THROUGH WHAT YOU ARE WITH ALL THAT I DO WITH MINE, I WOULDN’T EVEN BOTHER GOING ON THE NET ANY MORE. JUST TOO DARN SLOW AND SOME THING WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE USING DIAL UP.
There are days when I can catch a lucky day and the computer will run faster.
ALSO CONSIDER THE IDEA THAT SOME TIMES IT ISN’T A MATTER OF PC SPEED OR INTERNET ACCESS, SOME TIMES THE SERVERS ARE OVERLOADED. THIS HAPPENS EVEN TO ME AND I KNOW IT ISN’T MY SYSTEM. ON THIS MACHINE I AM USING RIGHT NOW, IS A DELL DESKTOP RUNNING VISTA (WHICH I CAN’T STAND), BUT HAS 4GB OF RAM. 2.33 GHz DUAL CORE PROCESSOR, 320GB HARD DRIVE, AND AN EXTERNAL 2 WIRE MODEM (HAS BOTH A MODEM & ROUTER WHICH ALLOWS ME TO RUN 5 PC’S ON THE INTERNET ALL AT THE SAME TIME AND WIRELESSLY). COMPARE MINE WITH YOURS WHEN YOU FIND OUT WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR SYSTEM.
Here lately, it takes forever to go from one page to another.

NO BIGGY. I PROBABLY WAS TIRED. A LOT OF THE TIME I AM RUNNING 2 PC’S AT THE SAME TIME, UPLOADING ON ONE AND ANSWERING MESSAGES AND STUFF ON THE OTHER AND I BOUNCE BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE TWO. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN SEEM TO GET THINGS DONE.

We live in a hick town, for just dial up only, no other service, it's $70 bucks a month. I don't know if that is a competitive price or not. But up until just recently, it's been very workable; slow, yes, but not slow like this!!
I HAVE A SUGESTION FOR YOU. A FRIEND OF MINE BOUGHT A DEVICE THAT PLUGS INTO HIS PC OR LAPTOP ANDD CAN ACCESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET NO MATTER WHERE HE GOES. ALLTEL HAS A DEVICE WHICH COSTS ABOUT $100 AND THE SERVICE FEE IS AROUND $60 A MONTH. I USED IT 2 WEEKS AGO AT A FIAR WE WERE AT 100,S OF MILES AWAY FROM HOME AND IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM. DO NOT MISTAKE THIS SATEALITE THING WITH ALLTEL WITH THE SATELITE SYSTEM THEY STICK ON YOUR HOUSE. THE ALLTEL THING WORKED EXCELLENT AND THE HOUSE SATELITE THING WORKED HORRIBLY.

NAAAAAAAAAAAA, NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK. PEOPLE ASK ME ALL KINDS OF QUESTIONS INCLUDING COMPUTERS. I AM NOT A EXPERT BY ANY MEANS BUT I DO KNOW A LOT ABOUT THEM THOUGH. I’LL HELP YOU IF I CAN.
1. We have windows xp. Why can't I view videos? When I click on a video, it always tells me that I need the latest version of Flash Player.
I HAVE 4 PC SYSTEMS, 2 WITH VISTA AND 2 WITH WIN XP, AND ONE OF THE 3 WHICH HAS VISTA ON IT I HAS THE SAME ISSUE AND I HAVEN’T HAD THE TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM.
PLACES TO LOOK ARE IN “INTERNET OPTIONS”, YOUR SETTINGS, YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS, WINDOWS DEFENDER IF IT IS ACTIVE, WINDOWS FIREWAL, ANTI VIRUS FIRE WALL, SPYWARE SOFTWARE SETTINGS IF YOU USE A SPYWARE PROGRAM. THESE ARE THE FIRST PLACES I WOULD BE LOOKING. WHEN I FIGURE OUT WHAT IS CASUING THE ISSUE WITH MINE AND YOU HAVEN’T FIXED YOURS YET, I’LL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I FIND OUT.
2. When we try to download the latest version, it won't download it.
MINE WILL ALLOW IT TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL, BUT, WHEN YOU GO VIEW A VIDEO, IT SAYS I NEED THE LATEST VERSION OF FLASH PLAYER. WE MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME ISSUE HERE. WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU MEAN IT WON’T ALLOW YOU TO DOWNLOAD IT? DOES THE DOWNLOAD WINDOW OPEN? IF SO, WHEN YOU CLICK OKAY, DOWNLOAD, OPEN OR WHATEVER, WHAT HAPPENS THEN? IT COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS EXSPLORER BLOCKING YOUR DOWN LOAD THROUGH THE BROWSER. EXAMPLE MAY BE EXSPLORER MAY BLOCK POP WINDOWS WHICH WOULD STOPYOU FROM BEING ABLE TO OPNE THE POP UP WINDOW THAT SOME TIMES IS USED FOR THE DOWNLOAD PAGE. NOT SURE IF I EXPLAINED THAT IN A WAY YOU COULD UNDERSTAND. TELL ME MORE SPECIFICALLY WHAT YOU DO, AND WHAT HAPPENS AS YOU GO. MAYBE I CAN FIGURE IT OUT SEEING THE STEPS YOU’RE GOING THROUGH TO DOWNLOAD THIS FILE.
3. We have spent hours and hours trying to download Flash Player, but it just won't. We have probably made 15 attempts to download it.
GIVE MORE SPECIFIC STEPS YOU TAKE TO ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN MAYBE I CAN FIGURE IT OUT.
4. Do you think we cannot download the latest version of flash player because we have a firewall up? Should we turn it off and try again?
BEFORE YOU DO ANY THING, LET ME KNOW THE SPECIFIC STEPS YOU TAKE AND THEN WE WILL GO FROM THERE.

I CAN RECALL YEARS AGO HAVING TO WAIT 15 MINUTES TO WATCH ONE SMALL AND SHORT VIDEO CLIP. IF I HAD TO GO BACK TO DIAL UP, I WOULDN’T EVEN BOTHER GOING ON THE NET ANY MORE. WOULD FRYSTRATE THE PANTS OFF ME.
ON YOUR DIAL UP, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE SPEED OF THE MODEM IS OR WHAT YOUR ACCESS SPEED IS? LIKE A LATE MDOEL DIAL MODEM WOULD BE SAY 56k MODEM, OR SOME THING A BIT HIGHER.
Also, how can I catch the Kevin Trudeau show?

YES IT IS. THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I WATCHED ONE OF HIS SHOWS THROUGH MY COMPUTER, I ENDED UP WITH A VIRUS SO BAD IT CRASHED MY SYTEM AND I COULDN’T GET THE VIRUS OUT. SO I HAD TO REDO THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WHICH TAKES ABOUT 2 MONTHS WITH ALL THE STUFF I HAVE ON IT AND I SWORE I’D NEVER WATCH ANOTHER ONE OF HIS SHOWS LIKE THAT. MAYBE IT WAS A FLUKE BUT I WASN’T GOING TO TAKE ANY CHANCES BY WATCHING ANOTHER SHOW. IT WAS SCANING MY PC AND SENDING OUT ALL MY PERSONAL DATA TO SOME SERVER OUT IN CYBER SPACE.

USE WINDOWS UPDATE, INSTALL THE UPDATES, RESTART IT AND DO IT AGAIN, AND KEEP DOING THAT UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE UPDATES. WHEN YOU FINISH THAT, WE CAN GO TO THE NEXT STEP OF UPDATING WINDOWS.

The green smoothies are simply 750mL of water, 1 orange, 2 bananas, handful of spinach, 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds, 2 ozs of wheatgrass, 2-5 leaves of green kale (based on size), 2-4 leaves of romaine lettuce, and optional dandelion leaves and/or goji berries in a blender for at least 1 minute. If you don't have a high speed blender like a vitamix, then you might want to put the items in a few at a time, blend a bit and add more to keep from overloading it.
You can drink many other types of tea besides green tea and yerba mate, like chamomile, oolong, etc.
