Hey, I see where you bought the Ab Circle. Lucky you!! How do you like it? Looks like it would exercise your body all over; looks like a great concept to me. Wish I had one.
I have no muscle power anymore; I started just yesterday riding a bike, rode it around the house a few times in the yard, and was panting and out of breath like I'd just run ten miles!! That tells me my heart, which is a muscle and needs to be used, needs some badly needed exercise. So, going to do some bike riding every day. Guess I will stop in the winter, yuck, don't want to ride in the cold.
How do you like your new machine? Is it like you thought it would be? Looks awesome to me; I figure it is a pretty neat machine. When you have time, let me know how you are doing and how you like it.

I figure if I don't like the drops I'll go w/the needles and lock them up in a trunk or something.
