The only way I can tolerate it is on salad - I make my own dressing and it's good just not sure I'm getting as much as I should down. The coconut oil is a little wierd to take too. Best way I've found is in coffee -so it's not solid. I mix a tbs into coffee, add a little organic cocoa, little raw sugar and it's very yummy!
