HI there! Just looking at your pics and you have some beautiful scenery!!! I'm so jealous. I live in Jersey, and work in Ny and there is nothing gorgeous about anythin over here. LOL It's sad but true!

Its so great to hear you turned all organic. I try the best I can, but it can be expensive sometimes I find, which makes me so mad! I wish i could just grow half of the stuff I buy, but since i live in an apartment, it's difficult to do that. Also, I hear when you do have a garden, it's hard cause all the animals get to it. My parents have a garden, and their stuff is always being eaten by crows, ground hogs, rabbits, and squirlls, It's crazy. They even had a cherry tree, that was eaton up entirely by crows! I know....

I see you are doing the colon cleanse? I am doing this too, but in a different way....i'm taking turkey rhubarb, a herbal supplement. Supposed to clean you out real good and even kill parasites. Looking foward to getting all the junk out.
I have had hives for like 3 years now, so I'm trying to really clean up my act, and i hear the colon is the first place you are suppoed to start....have you ever done a colonic before?

Hi Linda! I thought I'd stop by and see how life is treating you?

Hope all is well and you are happy and healthy!

My husband is getting ready to go back to Boise, ID to do some more music recording and I'm going with him (if at all possible). We're all very excited about it.

Chow,

Linda

Hi Linda,
I sent you a message on your email; I know you got the first one, since I've heard from you since then, but am wondering if you got the second message I sent. You had said you weren't getting the notifications, so if you see this message, please look at your private email.
Well, things are hectic; will talk to you about that in my next message to you at your private email.
Hope you and hubby are doing well; how is it going with the HCG? Well, I have a lot to do before I take hubby to the hospital tomorrow, like wash some clothes and pack my lunch. It will be a long day; he is having an outpatient procedure done, but they have to give him general anesthesia to do it; they take biopsies from his esophagus checking for cancer, and he periodically has to to this, at least once or twice a year.
Well, it's late, need to finish up for the nite; let me know what is going on with you on your end!! Take care, have a great nite!!

Yoo hoo! You're not sick, are you? Worried about you; hope your low blood pressure hasn't made you ill.
Write soon, I want a full report, ha ha.

Hey Linda,
How are things going for you? Hope you're doing alright; I sent you a message, oh, about a week ago? I sent it to your personal e-mail account. Since I haven't heard from you, I'm wondering if you recognized it or deleted it not realizing who it was from.
I'm also wondering, too, since you said you have low blood pressure, if it has dropped too low while on the HCG, and I'm wondering if it has made you ill. Normally I hear from you sooner.
Wow, do I have some news for you, but not on here. I'll wait till I hear from you to see if you received my message to your personal email account or not.
Otherwise, hope you are okay; let me hear from you, my email is
ponyman50@hotmail.com if you want to message me there instead of here.
I use my husbands e-mail account, so the ponyman thing is his, lol..

Hi Linda! Nice to hear from you.

Sorry to hear about the 10 lbs. I know what you mean about the family eating organic. My husband eats good food when he's at home (I rarely buy any junk food), but outside of home, he eats Jack-in-the-box and cokes at his mom's house! Oh well. We can only do our best right?

I had a wonderful holiday too. I had most of my children over and we all cooked dinner together. It was great!

I'm working full time from home now too and loving it.

ttyl.

Warm regards,
Linda

Hey, just for clarification, I just noticed in my former message to you that I misspelled benzyl alcohol in my first sentence to you, and put in an "o" when there is none, just so you'll know if you Google it, since you want to make sure you have the proper spelling of it.

Hey there Lady,
I wanted to let you know I did an online search for making bacteriostatic water; what I found is that there is a minute amount of benzoyl alcohol added to it. My online information said you did not need to boil the water. So I am actually thinking that the boiling process takes the place of the BA being there. BA is a bacteriostatic preservative. BA is not the regular isopropyl alcohol that we all have in our homes. I was confused after I read this; not sure why it is needed, if at aLL, because I don't know and can't figure out what a bacteriostatic preservative would be. Something that kills germs for a long time? Well, there wouldn't be any germs if the water is boiled, would there? And the water has already been distilled, so ................................................wanted to pass this on to you. If it really concerned you, you might go to a compounding pharmacy and see if they would give you some BA. If you used it, you would only need a minute amount to mix with. It was pretty late when I got this information after I Googled "How to make bacteriostatic water" and then had to go to several websites to get information about it.
I am wondering why a person would need to mix a bacteriostatic preservative with their ingredients if they are already starting out clean. And you are not putting this stuff into your veins, just under the skin. So I can't figure out why it's there. But, hey, I'm not a pharmacist or a doctor, which would be nice if I were, lol. If I were, I'd probably get my license yanked because I wouldn't support FDA guidelines.
I wanted to let you know this before you mixed your HCG without the benzyl alcohol. Personally, I don't think it that much of a big deal; but I did want to let you know about it.
Yes, sometimes I think we are closer to being crazy than we realize; craziness is a state of mind, and right now I don't have much of a state, or much of a mind, lol. I stayed out in the cold half the day yesterday working outside, just to get out of the house. It was 30 degrees, and snowing. Going to do it again today, too. Guess it is pretty nutty; the positive side of it is that I actually finished up and completed a lot of odd jobs that needed doing, so guess it was more fruitful than not. On the other side of the coin, talk about losing my mind and sitting down and eating a full meal completely forgetting I was on HCG, Get this, I passed up the post office three times one day; guess if there had been a fat dinosaur in the middle of the road I would have ran right in to him and probably told him to take some HCG, or something like that, ha ha. I think it is called stress, lol.
You are right, it would probably be a dangerous thing if we lived close together, too bad; but I like living dangerously and I really enjoy a good laugh too; it makes it easier on the mind and the heart to cope with life's ups and downs.
Have you started the HCG yet? Are you going to use diabetic syringes and needles? I never could stand the thought of using a three inch needle and having to inject so deeply each time. It also concerned me that by injecting so deep that I might hit a nerve. I'll tell you something, but please don't pass it on to others. I would probably be crucified. I also reuse my syringes and needles, I just boil them after using them and store them in a clean container. I always make sure my environmental area is clean and always rub the area to be injected with alcohol.
Here on the farm, for many years, I have always sterilized all of our animal syringes and needles by boiling them, and then reusing them, when injecting the animals with B complex or doctoring them for pneumonia, etc. whenever I vet any of our sick animals. As they say, cleanliness is next to Godliness, ha ha.
Well, keep me posted!! let me know when you start the protocol and how it goes for you. Glad you finally got some privacy!!

Oh, by the way, if your bac. water has a yellow tint, toss it. Don't use it. Bac. water should be crystal clear. Even if it did not have a yellow tint to it, throw it away. It isn't enough!!
Maybe instead of sending you water solvent to mix with, they sent you some kind of drug or something. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Don't use it, throw it away. Those small bottles of solvent that come with the HCG aren't enough liquid to mix with anyway.

Hi Linda,
No problem!! Go ahead and order the bacteriostatic water; you should buy enough to do your 20,000 IU's of HCG, even though you won't be using all the HCG that you have. I need to know if you are using diabetic syringes and needles. If using diabetic syringes, you are able to use much less water and you don't have to inject nearly as deep. I used the 50 unit size syringes, and I used 200 IU's of HCG per day, which comes to exactly the number 20 mark on the 50 unit syringe.
If you are, then using the amount of bacteriostatic water I am suggesting you to use is fine.

For starters, one ml is equal to 1 cc. 1 cc is equal to one ml. They equal the same amount.
The amount of bac. water you should mix with your HCG is one cc per 1,000 IU's of HCG. So, for 10,000 IU's of HCG, you will need to mix it with 10 cc's of bac. water. If you order from Androusa, they are located in the states and you can get it within 3 days after ordering. Look them up online and place your order if you don't have the bac. water. The bottles I get from Androusa are 30 ml bottles; or 30 cc's of bac. water. Since you would need 10 cc's of bac. water for each of your 10,000 IU's of HCG, (20 cc's in total) one bottle would actually be enough for you, but you could order a couple bottles, just to have some extra on hand, since you are paying for shipping whether you order one bottle or several. If I have thoroughly confused you, write me back; I will try to un-confuse you if I can, LOL.
My husband has a doctor appointment tomorrow, so I won't check my messages until later Monday night. But I will check to see if you need any other help.
Next time, if I ever use HCG again, I may just make my own bac. water instead of ordering it. All it is in the first place is distilled water, boiled. Talk at ya later, hope hubby goes to work so you can start the protocol. I've done okay, but not great. My daughter is pregnant, so we just moved her in with us but she and her husband are having a difficult time making their marriage work. He is in Iraq, but came home in the latter part of October; turns out his visit with her was quite "fruitful" if you know what I mean, LOL. It is so stressful for me, for example, one day I was just eating away, oblivious to the whole world; I had forgotten I was on HCG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you can concentrate better than I was able to!!!! Keep me posted!

Hi Linda! I was in Chennai, India in 2003 (used to be called Madras).

I recently sent my friend some money which she used to help some elderly women buy medicine. Children and elderly are often abandoned because the family cannot supprt them. There are several shelters there that are basically just sheds with a roof, no air conditioning or plumbing. I also have given to the "Courtesy Foundation" who helps abandoned children. They have a secure website and sent me a receipt in the mail too.

So, yes I agree. There's a lot of need there. The government provides free education but if you don't have pencils, paper or shoes, it's difficult to go. My friend also helps children buy the supplies they need.

Have a great day! I'll be online off and on and will be watcing football too!

Take care. Till later.

Hi Linda!

I spent 3 months in India. It was quite an adventure. I work with my best friend there helping abandoned children and elderly.

I am waiting for an opportunity to go to India myself. You never know...maybe we can go together. It would be fun.

Happy New Year to you too!

Hi Linda! Nice to hear back from you! I just got back from a short visit with my son in Monterey, CA.

I wish you and you family the Best Holiday season ever!

I'd really like to chat with you more and get to know you. I think we have a lot in common. I'm working full time at home now, so I have a little more time in my day. YEAH!!!

Warm regards,

Linda (do you like my new Avatar? lol)

Hi Linda,
Good to hear from you; yes I started the HCG protocol, but have cheated twice! Nerves, I think; Ashley and Gabe have moved back in with us and it makes it harder for me to have the stick-to-it-tiveness I need when I am around a little one and have a million things to do. Going out to eat with others and not eating takes tremendous resolve, and this time I just don't have it, boo hoo.
I am so glad you are having some fun times; it is good to be able to relax and enjoy life when you can. A new year is right around the corner, and I know there are some great things that are going to happen for you.
I haven't been on the computer since forever; I hope you have a wonderful holiday and can ski to your hearts content. Sounds like fun; my husband loves to ski, but I am afraid of it, lol. Have lots of fun, and have some fun for me too!!
Your blood pressure, I don't know; not to worry you, but I would tend to think that if it was too low, there must be a reason just as there would be a reason for it being too high. If you are getting dizzy from your blood pressure being too low.................what does your doctor say about that?
If I don't talk to you till after the New Year, have a very Merry Christmas and a safe New Year! I will talk to you then, if not sooner. Depends if you are there, and if I can corner the computer, LOL!
