Hi aic. I see you joined the group:Raw Food Eaters. That's a good place to get ideas about raw food and raw food recipies. I started learning about raw food in Feb of this year. When I was ready to try it out, I heard about this online raw food delivery service called RAWvolution. I ordered food from them a few times. Although the food is very good, it is expensive. So, after I experienced that raw food is tasty I decided to attempt making it myself. I bought the RAWvolution cookbook, purchased the necessary kitchen appliances (the cookbook lists what is needed) and started making the meals myself. I'm not 100% raw, but about 40% of my meals/snacks are raw. It's been a good change for me.

Yeah, if you ordered the day before, it shouldn't take them too long to get your order filled as soon as they get back. If you can watch your account online, you will know the day that they fill and ups your order.
Gosh Marilyn, I am sorry to bother you and a bit taken back by your abrupt comment. I did talk to Brenda and she was very nice. They did not have the products in their store that you mentioned in your blog. This was the day before they went on vacation and I told them, no problem and to ship when they return and get them in. We have had some very nice conversations as they live rather close to me in OH and are vacationing near my home in Fl.
I will make sure not to bother you again. This is all new to me and i am trying to understand it all so I do not make the same mistakes as i did in the past.

We are bottom feeders in an ocean of parasites. You've seen parasites come out of your body during colonics. You'd be safe to assume that you have parasites. I've never considered getting tested to see if I have them.

I have no idea how backed up they will be when they return. You can go back to the site and use the email address there and send him a line asking if he can give you an idea of when to expect your order to be filled. He'll answer you as soon as he can get home and get email caught up.

HI Aic ,two years ago the i couldn't hardy go to the bathroom i had doctors and more doctors , finally they sent me to the mayo-clinic i was there for a week ,doing test they said i had a rectocele and surgery was the only way to fix it i left i had just had surgery the year before so i wanted to ask if you found any natural way to heal it ? thank-you Linda
I have alot of other things going on..this is actually the minor part of it..Been dealing with someting called pelvic floor dysfunction, vulvodynia. pudendal nerve, etc.
I am guessing hers is a bit more severe..already did the barium stuff today which I am a bit releaved as I have been guessing as well as the doctors about things for years..thinling this will give me answers..if I do get to the surgery part, I will let you know for sure though..thanks for you insite, very much appreciated!
My friend says that if she were in your place, she would not waste time or money having that strange test with the viewing of barium, etc...it's so not necessary. You need to find a very COMPETENT Colo-Rectal Surgeon. He will examine you and immediately be able to determine more about your rectocele. He will and should suggest the surgical correction for it. Unfortunately, there is no alternative other than Surgery. I wish there was. My friend tried everything. When she spoke to her Naturopath, it was he that suggested she get to his friend- Colo-Rectal surgeon and without delay...as there is always the possibility of rupture. I would'nt put it off any longer. Also, you are right...as with age the Bladder will prolapse and the Neck of the Bladder becomes less elastic and will allow leaks. Read my cadida story again ... I ate fruit only, not to get rid of candida, but because it was the only food my body would digest. I complained to MH that it was feeding my candida problem ... he had me stop eating the fruit, my digestion stopped again immediately. He told me eat fruit, take oregano oil and olive leaf tincutre. Within days I started passing fungal forms of candida.
I didn't write this stuff down back then (it was a bit over 2 yrs ago now), I didn't realize that I would wind up in a situation where people would be questioning me or I would have ... I started incorperating the cleanses as quickly as I indetified their importance.
I kept trying until I found a colon cleanser that worked for me ... I started searching for the product week 1.
I was liver flushing every 4th week from day 1.
In the last 2 yrs, I've done at least some work on every single cleanse. I'm using herbal formulas for cleansing which are gentle on my body. I was VERY acidic, VERY toxic. My plan is to keep cleansing until everything is healed. I would like to do some long term fasting this summer ... you heal faster with juice fasting than with all this cleansing.
