Learned this back in the 80’s through a memory course I purchased that was once promoted by Kevin himself, and I did notice the difference back then. It was called mega memory and used what they call the pegging system. Add Ginkgo balboa and Gotu Kola to your dietary supplements. In addition, stay away from sugar (unless nature) and bleached flour. One other thing that effects woman’s memory, is having a yeast infection of any kind.
