A healing journey down that path. Of course with all the snow here in Wisconsin, we man never see that path again! I'm starting the weight loss program listed in Kevin's book. I sure hope it helps. Maybe my twin could do it next and get lots of the processed food out of her system. Have a great weekend.

That is one of the first things kevin talks about and my mothe rin law has told me about it before, so I am willing to try it. and if I can lose 15 pounds because of cleaning myself out that would be great.
