I mixed 20 ml total of liquid to 10,000 IU of HCG and now I'm wondering if I'm taking enough twice daily under my tongue.

I just started so it's not a big deal YET but I'm taking .25 ML twice daily. So that's .50 ML daily.

I have been studying the HCG diet for a month now before I started and I read differing amounts that people put under their tongue but of course some people aren't using 20 ml of liquid, some are using 10 ml, so in the latter one it would be more concentrated so more would need to be taken with the 20 ML

Does anyone know for sure at the ratio of 10,000 HCG mixed with 20 ML of liquid, how much I should put under my tongue twice daily?

My brother and cousin have done the hCG protocol orally - .4 mils under the tongue and it has worked really well for them - if this is how I plan to do it, does saline work okay?

If so, which ones and what are the alternatives?

Does this include moisturizer, body lotion, soap and shampoo? What about deodorant?
