I'am trying to file a Class Action Suit against Abbott Drugs for Biaxin that almost killed me over 15 times, for pneumonia. The whole thing was accidental too, Mom took care of me (she believes in the doctor's), I didn't want to go to the hospital.

I only took it for 41/2 days, but it almost destroyed my liver and spleen, and someone else affected believes only B+ and O- people are possibly affected.

But Environmental Lawyeres in Toronto, Canada don't see this as an Environmental Case that's HUGE, it's just a cause of air pollution, the heat, toxins from the foods we eat in our organs, and the Drug Companies don't know who can be affected because it depends on our individual enzymes.

Sarah, thanks for sharing. It is a terrible thing and as much as I want to believe that companies have our best interest at heart, it is becoming clearer each day they don't care. Thanks again.
