I think it's funny that medical community won't give recognition to the positive effects of drinking water (why should they, they;ll lose BIG money if people start drinking water. Ha Ha! They crack me up!
You can drop a lot of weight by simply drinking water. I've done it!
Most people are dehydrated.
It is said our bodies are 70% water (i've discovered it is more than that). Most people 'eat' because they 'think' they are hungry.
It is because of dehydration...
Has anybody read the book, Your not sick, you're dehydrated? (I think that's the name...I loaned it out and lost it) Great book.
Try drinking a good 8 oz, first thing up arising in the morning, then a glass before you eat. (Minimum)
I never go anywhere without my (glass) bottle of water. (I know the locations of all the restrooms in the areas I shop in! ) Ha Ha..
Great for l the complexion too.
Know what's in your water tho, or you could be 'bombarding' yourself with pestisides, flouride, chorine and a host of many other chemcials.
