Wedsday, 5/14/08 Day18 (203.0#s) Down 0.0#s from 5/13/08 **TOTAL LOSS 16.0 pounds**

Stayed the same this morning and I'm Ok with it! Usually followed by a good loss the next day if I remember correctly. I started spotting today so maybe we can get THAT over with in the next week or so.

Meeting lots of new people on this site and it's fun.

I have 2 meetings to attend today so lunch will be "on the fly" in the car so I am bringing filet and cukes and apple in the car and I'll eat in the parking lot.

I bought this great book called..
"Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" "A Year of Food Life"
at Costco the other day. The link to it is here if you'd like to brief through it. It is VERY intresting and i am enjoying it. My mind is so much more open than it has ever been.

Hi Katherine, that means you will have a great loss tomorrow!!! I have not had time to get online I have been so busy at work. You are probably just retaining water. Drink, drink and drink today and it will make a great loss tomorrow. I have been doing pretty good I lost 1 pound today so not too bad. I will try to get back on line later and check on everyone.

Your loss has been great! keep up the good work. thanks to the link on carbs and blood sugar. I love reading stuff like that. I have read more "health" and "fitness" books than most. even one called" astro fit",it's about the challenges of muscle loss due to weightlessness in space!
cheating is a bad mind set. Once you start if you don't get a grip it will be a slippery slope. i use to drink wine nightly(i'm sure contributed to my overall weight gain) then i drank less nightly,then on weekends,then less on weekends,then to not every day of the weekend. i told myself i wasen't going to do it and i broke my word. so i'm trying hard again. And yes it was very very sweet,i didn't enjoy it like i use to.
we are having 9 or 10 friends over sunday afternoon for lunch. home made soup and these wonderful grilled sandwiches i make and WINE. i'm having my usual with lemon water,i'll be glad in the morning when the scale thanks me.
As i said in my new blog post my husband took pictures but i cant find them on the computer,so mabey this weekend i'll post. I have really lost inches from around my waist. i didn't measure before,today before work i will. nice pictures of you as well,you look very healthy and happy. continue to be strong. i only skipped 1 day hcg during menses and i don't even think i needed to. so to let you know i did fine any way. Lets keep encouraging one another....off to work,i have 2 houses to clean today(should burn some serious calories)

WOW Katherine...that is awesome. 16 pounds day 18...we are neck in neck. Thanks for the carb link, will totally use that in the next yummy phase.

Pam is right, no loss one day means a sure loss the next, so drink drink drink that water.

Hang in there, Katherine, you're doing great and looking good! Sometimes, the weight loss slows a little bit half way. You will lose more, though. For me the week before my period and the week of I gain and I stay the same, and then sometimes, I lose, and when I lose, it's usually during my period, not the week before. That reminds me. I need to email my naturopath. I'll do that now.

I'm crossing my fingers for tomorrow am but I'm playing by the rules so whatever I lose, it'll be because I'm doing it the right way and it will stay off for good!

I noticed that a ways through hcg I would stay the same for a day or so. It came off easily at first and then would slow down. I would then measure the loss, it seemed, in ounces a lot after that. Anyway, what ever you do, Im sure it will be fine. Oh, last time, I think, I had to do an apple day and that started me down again.
