Day 22...............5-14-08.............145.0 pounds.......down total 16.5

Well, I did it again, down another pound. This just keeps getting easier and easier. I am so not hungry it is unbelievable. This is day 3 of no shots (TOM) and tomorrow I will re-start them. A little TOM left today and will assume tomorrow will be last day, so I will resume then. I kinda miss my little buddy shot in the morning. I have a few friends that will be doing phase 2 soon. They were so impressed with my changes that I convinved them, shots and all. Hee, hee, hee. I am hoping that I continue to average 0.5-1.0 a day until day 40. That would put allow me to loose about 10 more pounds (total of about 25) and I think I can do the last 5 on my own with Atkins/phase 3 and excercise. I love Atkins and cannot wait for eggs and cheese and nuts!!!

Yesterday I had lunch at 12:30pm (cukes in rice vinegar with stevia and salt and pepper...yummy) and then ate dinner at 20:00 (1/2 grapefruit, melba, cabbage and curry chicken)...man was that good and a yummy new change!!!

Woke up now at 2:30 pm and was famished...maybe cuz no shots now x 3 days...hmmm.....anyways, drank 1/2 liter water and had an apple and now I am stuffed. Amazing how that works.

I took some pics in my same outfit a few days ago, but have been unable to download them to my computer cuz I lost my little sticky thing that downloads my memory stick. Booooo....I do not think the pics do my loss much justice, but you can totally see the change in my face and abdomen. My face is much thinner without looking gaunt and my belly does not stick out farther than my breast anymore. It is really becoming flatter and flatter. As soon as I replace my sticky thing I will post new pics.

Hmmmmmm, time to think about what I am making for lunch and dinner (or maybe just dinner and 2 fruits since it is already 3pm. I hate to skip, but what do I do if I slept through lunch???

Gotta run, schools out.

Amazing! 145 and i can't believe that you've gotten there so quick.
You're like Super-Mom-Woman-Wife-Sister-BBQr! And on such minimal sleep too! I'm happy for you that you have no more mids. Such a better life. My husband is a State Trooper and he's in and out so much and such different shifts that he gets sick once in awhile and I swear it's the shift work. Our bodies are not meant to function at 100% 24 hours a day and then we just choose which ones. Oh happy days for you!
