Well, I don't hurt so much today. Will really watch what I eat and try to keep my gallbladder calmed down, as I hurt most of the afternoon and evening yesterday. A naturopath will call today, as mine is on vacation, to let me know what it is I should be using or eating. Hopefully it helps. I have to get in touch with Deb and see what she does to get her weight down below LIW so I have some leeway. Still don't know yet if my friends are getting together tonight in Fargo or not. Hope so but don't know if my body can handle mexican food or not. ha ha. I hope that my sweetcorn and tomatoes grow soon so I can have some before I go back on phase 2. I don't want to miss them in the process. Not that I will eat a lot of it but definitely want to taste some this summer.

I would have for breakfast 1 poached egg,a huge pile of steamed greens or other veggies, but usually greens. spinach, chard, kale or beet greens. no butter on veggies and a small portion lean meat like chicken sasuage link, most days i would just have half of one. A snack of very little bit of nuts like almonds. I soak and sprout all my nuts, then dehydrate on 105 temp to preserve goodness. This makes them way easier on your system to digest. For lunch i had a piece of meat usually left over from dinner with left over veggies or a protien shake made with strawberries, home made raw kefir(like yogurt) a little protien powder(figure 8 is sweetened with stevia) I ate cottage cheese, and full fat plain yogurt with a little fruit. For dinner i ate meat (a true serving deck of card size) usually chicken or red meat veggies and a salad. Easy on the dressing,or i made my own. I made home made ice cream with stevia, but had tiny amounts. My portions were over all smaller. I wasen't too hungry. I always try and finish dinner by 6. I might have tea later. I always drink a gallon of water. I didn't drink my teas on phase 3 i was burned out from phase 2. But I'm drinking them now again. i guess i can say i really eat alot of veggies, still didn't help much with the BM's. ever since my first round of hcg i haven't gone like i use to,not even on phase 3.

I just got a call this morning from my naturopath. I have something called severe dysbiosis. No good bacteria at all in my system and 3 or more bad ones. Very scary. That is what is causing my gallbladder issues too. She is sending me items to take that will help. So anxious to feel better. She says it is like having food poisoning every day all day. Thanks for the input . You eat so healthily. I thought I did but you really do. Do you have one of those bigger cool dehydrators that they have on the Veria channel?

So you're just nuts, ha ha. Just kidding. I would hate being allergic to fruit and nuts. My husband is allergic to all the things he loves. Makes sense, I guess. Ice cream and mild products, and all the white flours, etc. He craves them and then when he eats them is almost addicted to them. Hard to get him to not eat them but he gets sooo miserable if he eats them.

Well, I won't be starting back on the shots yet. At least I don't think so. I am really looking forward to eating things out of the garden, like corn on the cob, fried green tomatoes, etc. Things are late this year, though, so maybe I would be fine to do it again now and by then the stuff would be ready. Will have to think about it a little bit more. Right now the brain is still in a fog.

It wouldn't be so bad that I have no good bacteria but I have 3 bad bacterium that could cause anything from cancer to you name it. So have to get this under control. I kind of freaked out when she told me that because I instantly thought cancer, as my first husband died of cancer when he was just 25. I was pregnant with our 3rd child and it was tough. But then she told me that all the tests came back negative for cancer or anything remotely related to it. So I felt better but she did say if it isn't under control soon bad things could start happening. So must take junk for a while. I hate taking stuff. Must be why I refuse to take medications. ha ha. My kids think I'm crazy about seeing a naturopath. They still think medical doctors are the only ones that know anything. Ha ha. I firmly trust my NP. She is good. She is the only one that diagnosed my husband correctly after many years of seeing doctors and she had it down after 1 visit.

Yeah, they especially don't think it's right because I believe that. My oldest is the biggest instigator of the whole thing, as her husband believes in all the old ways of thinking. Hell, he still believes politicians are telling the truth. Ha ha. Anyway, they'll get there, despite me.
