LOL!!! Thanks so much! This pic was taken in May, I have gained 10 pounds since then... I would like to lose 20-25 pounds. I am about a 10/12. But I carry my weight well!!! I want it off FAST as well!!!!!!!!!!! I mean I love the 3 pound a day stories!!!LOL!!!
Where are you getting your HCG and other supplies? Mine came from anabolic-pharma.com and the needles and syringes came from amazon.com...for like an awesome price. I just hope I have ordered the same thing!!!

I am a little nervous about staying on the diet.....so hoping to report on here to someone would help me tremondously.

I have started colon cleanse, liver cleanse, gall cleanse, candida cleanse, apple cider vinegar drink, digestive enzymes, probiotics and acetyl- l carotene. WOw that seems like a lot and there seemed to be alot I couldnt afford to do!!!!

I just cant wait!! Hoping to lose 5 pounds before we start!!!!!

I'll make 5lbs my goal too. I ordered from Norxshop it's in England. It's taking way too long to get here so I'll try your places for round two.

I've done the Almighty Cleanse and Liver cleanse. I want to do the Life Force (candida cleanse) but can't afford it right now. I am going to have to order that Eliten tea (do not know how to spell) have you found it for less than $150.00 a month? I'm doing the water and all organic food and exercising. There's a lot I can't afford to do but have it as a goal to gather little by little even if it takes a year. We are going to replace our pots and pans with stainless steel. I do use the apple cider vinager on my salads but cannot stand it in tea. Are you drinking it straight or putting it in something?

A friend of ours has been drinking it for years. He claims that it cleared up his allergies and he never gets sick.

I LOVE the Richard Schulze cleanse from herbdoc.com ..KT recommends it in his second book. It takes care of candida as well. I am not ordering the Elotin tea..I cant beleive how much it costs...and just cant justify it.
I still havent recieved my HCG....I am so hoping by the first. But we shall see....
I am doing everything else..but today...well I even let myself eat pork..and oh I know I shouldnt...but once a year????
Anyway Dev 26th!!! I am hitting the old health food hard..major diet..I may even fast a day or two in ther.
Oh the ACV...i put in a glass of water...ick..but it made my very skinny mother in law lose 5 pounds in a week. I also wash my face with it and put it my bath water.

I'll check out the Schulze cleanse. I hope it's less expensive. I can't go to professionals and have 15 professional cleanse in 30 days. Way out of my budget right now. I could possibly have one.

Yeah, I might not do the Elotin tea but I'm going to try because I do get low blood sugar. I've complained about the price before. No one can tell me that they are not making huge profits on that.

That's great about your mother-in-law. I know the less a person has to lose the harder it is. Our friend puts it in water and drinks half a gallon a day of Apple Cider Vinager in water while he sits in the sauna. He says that if you do this everyday you get brand new blood every year and he never gets sick or has any allergies. I don't know if I can handle that but I'll try to work up to it.

Never thought of it for face or bath water. I'm just on page 90 something in Natural Cures. I did read the Weight Loss Cure.

I'm excited but would feel better if my HCG would get here. I'm a little fearful that the place is a scam but they appear to be very professional with live chat and so forth.

I guess I am not sure what Elotin tea even is??
The cleanse is like 22.50..I think. But a friend orders it whole sale ($400) or more and I order it through her for only 12.50 a bottle! LOVE IT!! check out his website...
Whole Foods is soo awesome too..maybe they would have something ..let me know.

To know all the uses for ACV...check out the Braggs ACV book..it is sooo amazing!!!!!

I didntknow it helped with allergies...I have seasonal allergies ....that I usually suffer through because I dont take prescriptions...

I just cant work up the courage to try the ACH water or dressing..what is wrong with me?? that seems so sillyy!!!! I will try..right after Christmas!!

I understood it as being something to keep people from having low blood sugar. I do get terrible low blood sugar so I'm fearful of that from the start. However, I'm going to try it without that tea because I really can't afford it either. I still need the organic makeup and non stick pans and pots. Ha so much stuff let alone the water filters.

What exactly were the things that you didn't do that was suggested and still found success? I mean, I'll follow the food, drinking water, and HCG to the letter (if I don't die- ha) but I can't afford much of the stuff on the Protocol right now. I also take anti anxiety meds and my husband just freaked out when I told him I was going off cold turkey when I started the HCG. UUUGHHH! I'm a little scared to but I did cut everything else out including Celebrex and Ibuprofen and Clariten.

I understand about being scared of ACH -put on or in something that doesn't agree with you and it can taste dreadful. As for me I like it as a salad dressing but I tried in hot tea twice and it tasted like skunk water to me. Not that I've ever had skunk water - Ha.

I washed my face with it today - it stung a little but thought it was a cool idea. Thanks for the tip. I think bathwater would be great because I'd rather it go in through my skin than to have to drink a gallon of it. Ha.

Hi Stephanie:

Welcome! Have you read the book: "Weight Loss Cures They Don't Want You To Know About" It will make it much easier to understand the complete process and why if you read it. I don't think I would have tried it without reading the book even if someone quickly gave me the basics.

I'll admit the price of the Protocol and Phase 1 varies greatly depending on how much of KT suggestions that you do and the price of the HCG. If people took every suggestion and implemented it right away it would be very costly. I know that I can't do a lot of them but I will aspire to it as I live my life. Phase one is really just the cost of the HCG and and an extremely small amount of chicken or meat, 2 organic apples, and a handful of organic lettuce for 21 days. I believe that I'm going to come out cheaper while on Phase one than while on Phase 2 with food even with the cost of the HCG. Ha.

To implement the Protocol suggestions could range from free to probably a million dollars and every number in between. Those are just suggestions not requirements for the plan. Now, it is suggested to do the Elotin tea on phase one and the cheapest I have found that is $150 dollars for a 1 month supply. As you've probably read Wendi and I are both going to forgo that because it's so expensive. I know that Whole Foods does not sell Elotin Tea but I do believe that I saw something similar that I'm going to require about.

I bought my HCG and needles from England but I have a feeling that Wendi got a better deal. I'm going to try her places next time around.

If you don't have the book I highly recommend that you either get that or join NaturalCures.com and at the very least read the manuscript from the Dr. that created this cure. However, KT book is still valuable because he explains the differences in our bodies and reasons for weight gain in our world that people didn't experience even 30 years ago.

I'm convinced from the people here that HCG won't harm me and if I stay on it "some of it is a mental game at least for the first week" that I will lose weight quickly. I have major goals that require me to lose this weight but I've never been good at withstanding hunger. Ha. I'm still nervous about the needles. I hope that I can do it. I'm really going to try. The reason that I believe the folks here is because I don't think that Natural Cures monitors this board much if at all because I have seen silly people put silly things that I would have taken off if it was my board. Nothing bad about HCG just personal attacks on KT. The fact that they don't take them down and allow them in the first place makes me believe the folks that report great things. See what I mean?

I'm hoping that I'll lose a pound a day for 21 days. Honestly I'm not really expecting it because I'm not obese. I have a feeling that to do that one would have to be at least over 200 pounds. Honestly, no diet has worked for me because I couldn't stay on it and/or I really think my metabolism is slow. If I honestly would lose 10 pounds in the month I'll keep doing it until I lose it all. If I drop 50 pounds I'll look skinny and that would be nice. Honestly if I dropped 30 pounds I would look good and still be able to do what I want to accomplish. I think that I ruined my thyroid with too many diets and Phen Fen years ago -even though it did make me skinny. Ha.

I honestly do look at this as a lifestyle makeover and I'm doing my best to look at it that way. After reading the book there are some things that I know I'll never touch again such as Diet products.

Sorry - I meant to say that I believe that it will be less expensive for me to be on Phase 1 than on the Protocol even with the HCG.

Dr Schulze Cleanse (liver, gall bladder, intestinal, candida cleanse) AWESOME!!
..these are the only supplements I am going to be taking because I cant afford all the rest.
I probably wont do all organic either...because i cant afford it.:(
I read some blogs from the clinics that do this and they dont do all Kevin says to do either. Dont get me wrong...I would follow it exact if I could.
I cant wait!! I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will let you know when I get my HCG!!!!

I'm hoping you can give me advice I'm just about to finish reading Kevin book about the weight loss aswome book. I know that this book will change my life completly. I really do want to lose weight and reading this book has really encouraged me to finally do it, But I dont know where to start what to buy and I'm a little scared about the HCG shots.
and I also know its gonna be very expenssive stuff. I've been browsing very little at different websites Kevin says in his book, but is so much good info I dont know where to start. I know for a fact I do want to go all organic, but it will take me sometime because it is expensive. I do want to start out though by the cleansing, but which one first.

Can you give me some advice.

Hello!! I am not sure what all advice you are looking for. But I can highly recommend Dr Richard Schulze's cleanse!! Read about it on his website www.herbdoc.com It is in Kt's second book and let me just say it is phenomenal!! I love it!! And it is 'whole food'. It is 22.50 a bottle..sometimes cheaper on ebay. My friend and I order it wholesale by placing an order for $400. We recommend it to ALOT of people. It is so great. I dont sell it though.
Anyway....let me know what other advice you are looking for.....brands and such.
I ordered my needles and syringes from amazon.com ...100 for like $13.00 and my HCG (which is still not here!!!) from anabolic-pharma.com. It cost like $75 for 6 weeks supply. It hought was pretty good!! Feel free to ask me anything else!!!!
