I thought I would start my own blog on my progress and see if this could help or I could be helped by anyone who is in progress or finished with a phase 2 run. I am on day 5 and am feeling pretty good. I am down 8 pounds from my initial 2 day loading stage. I am a pretty athletic guy who is really just looking to circumvent the love handles and additional weight that comes with getting older and less active. I am 37 and am in fairly decent shape but personally not where I would like to be and am disconcerted enough to finally make a move before things get out of hand.

My days on Phase 2 so far have gone as follows:
Day 1: 1/27 - 215.5 #'s
Day 2: 1/28 - 216.5 #'s
Day 3: 1/29 - 218.5 #'s
Day 4: 1/30 - 214 #'s
Day 5: 1/31 - 210.5 #'s
Day 6: 2/1 - 208 #'s
Day 7: 2/2 - 207 #'s
Day 8: 2/3 - 207 #'s
Day 9: 2/4 - 208.5 #'s
Day 10: 2/5 - 207.5 #'s
Day 11: 2/6 - 207 #'s
Day 12: 2/7 - 206 #'s
Day 13: 2/8 - 204.2 #'s
Day 14: 2/9 - 203.6 #'s
Day 15: 2/10 - 202.2 #'s
Day 16: 2/11 - 206.8 #'s (Huge cheat day! OOPS. :)
Day 17: 2/12 - 203.6 #'s (Back in the mix baby!)
Day 18: 2/13 - 201.8 #'s
Day 19: 2/14 - 199.0 #'s
Day 20: 2/15 - 199.6 #'s (Valentine's day dinner cheat. Not horrible but less than expected. Also, last shot day for me and Phase 2)
Day 21: 2/16 - 198.8 #'s
Day 22: 2/17 - 199.6 #'s (On to Phase 3 Baby!)


I did play basketball last night and i am assuming I lost some water weight from playing for 1.5 hours but amazingly I felt pretty strong and actually a little more energetic than expected. I will say that the hunger has been good for the most part but the habit of eating is still there and sitting around does nothing to help that. I will try and report daily and am open to any help I can provide or any help that want to come my way. Have a great day everyone. James

Great job!! And playing basketball or anything with cardio is going to make your weight fly off!!

Thanks I am hoping that is totally the case. I am planning to jump back into a 2-3 day a week routine of very intense core and weight training starting tomorrow and then maybe some hoops on Mondays and Wednesdays.

BTW...you only have to stay on the diet for 21 days. My energy has been kind of low so I havent been able to work out as much as I wanted. Also everytime I lose weight my stomach is upset for like 3-4 hours and I actually have been a little dizzy....but only a couple of other people on here have had those problems.

Hey James... Great job.... I just finished phase 2 (Tues was my last injection) and starting phase 3. Stick to it. My total loss was 24.8 lbs.... It feels great and you don't loose muscle mass........

It's good to know someone has already made it to Phase 3.....let me know how it goes and are you planning to do the long fast with almighty cleansing? just as it says in the KT book...

hey james...we are a lot alike. im 38 yo, weighed 217 and i'm 5'11. i'm down 22 pounds in 30 days. i'm doing the 40 day routine and my last injection is next wednesday feb 6th. good job on your weight loss. you can check out some of my blogs and see how i handled plateaus and stuff. i too plan on being more active soon. i have energy but i have got to be in bed each night by 930 or so. i do a little cardio but not what i'm used to. by the time i'm done with phase 3 will be end of Feb and then spring is just around the corner. i'll be mountain biking, hiking, working outside and starting back on getting my 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo. i have done a lot of stretching while on this plan so taekwondo will be a breeze.

Hey Jamie, how funny is the similarities. However, unless something changes there is no way that I want to go the max days. I am hoping that the losses keep coming and that I can knock this thing off by day 21. I will say that temptation is in abundance and most people are not there to necessarily help or give you compassion. I will definitely be checking out your profile and looking at the blogs for assistance. Great job on the 22#'s by the way.

Hi James.....
I applaud you and tell you to continue the exercise.....I bought the KT book and in his book he says there is no need for strenous exercise....BUT.....I think you can....Well.....I did totally the contrary.....I didn't encorge on those 2 days.....and immediately began my LCD....and well I wasn't so successful in losing all that weight....i only lost 6 pounds BECAUSE during my 6 week I felt soOOOOOOO hungry....
What did you do to keep you on track....and how did you mix your shots?

Hello Myriam, I am heading into day 6 and will definitely say that I am not immune to the hunger side of this phase. I am just trying to ignore it and am leaving no windows mentally to screw up. I find that I definitely have to stay busy otherwise I am thinking about being hungry. As far as mixing, I had the 5000IU Pregnyl and mixed it with 28.5ml of bacteriostatic water and have kept it in the fridge. I am doing a 175iu dosage. I am always of the opinion that less is more until proven otherwise.

Hey,,,day 6 I was still hungry too...it will get better!..I promise. I finally lost 2 pounds last night!! YAY!! GOod luck!!

In October I did the injections for 3 weeks. I lost 10 pounds which was good for me. I was about 20 pounds over weight when I started. I am 5'4" and now weigh 145. I am waiting on my HCG and I am going to do 3 more weeks and hopefully lost the last 10 pounds. I was hungry for about 5 days when I first started the injections. I started wtih the 175 iu dosage. I upped it to 2oo iu's at about day 6 and it really helped with the hunger. From then on I had no problem with hunger. I have gained 1 pound back but have been eating anything I want. I have not dieted at all in the 3 months I have been off. I really didn't want to lose anymore until I am back on the HCG. I think it really does reset your weight and you lose it where it is most needed. Stay in there it will get easier.
