Hi Terri

I am writing you because if seems you have a lot information and experience about the protocol and with the hcg. My native language is Spanish so I hope you can understand what I am trying to write.

I am confused, frustrated and scared (even if I have lost 7 pounds in 8 days), because in Kevin's book he says that the hcg has to be made from urine of pregnant women not from placenta, also he says that the maximum dose is 200 iu and we have to mix it everyday. I am frustrated because: 1- the one hcg that I order from HGI Medical is made from placenta 2.-The dose has to be mixed all at once for the 40 days 3.-And the amount that I am using is 250iu. It looks that I doing everything wrong.
I am scared because I do not know if this can affect my health, also if I will loose muscle instead fat and the reshape will not be possible?
Confused because in most of the reviews the people is doing the same. For example the Novarel hcg also is made from placenta and need to be mixed all at once. (What about yours it is made from placenta or urine?) But still have a good results and opinions.

This is actually a question to anyone who is on the HCG injections. My husband and I have just started the injections and are confused about whether or not we can continue to take vitamins and mineral supplements and probiotics while taking the injections. I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has an answer or opinion.

I also live in canada. I received my Hcg in 2 1/2 weeks when I ordered it from drugdelivery.ca. The needles and supplies took 2 weeks from hcgsupplies.com. Whole thing cost less than 200 US$.
Am on day 4 of phase 2. Lost 4lbs after the 1st VLCD. You can do the program yourself by following either Dr. Simeon's manuscript at http://www.hcginfoonline.com/ORIGINAL_Dr_Simeons_Pounds_and_Inches.htm or kevin Trudeau's book.
Someone suggested on their blog, that they bought a pregnancy test to check the IM medication they received. If the pregnancy test is positive then you have the real mccoy. I think this is a good idea and plan to do that. (I keep forgetting to pick one up when I'm out). I assume that if I'm losing and not starving on the VLCD, then the pregnyl must be the real stuff.

I agree, if I'm not hungry and loosing, it must be viable hcg. I got mine from drugdelivery.ca also and took the same amount of time to receive. I did dind however the supplies are cheaper at researchsupply.net . I got 3 weeks worth of meds and supplies for about $70.

Hi Kimmie, Terrie, Trudy, everyone:

Forgive me if this is a stupid question:

You said the hCG is good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Do you mean once mixed with the bac water? Or is that 2 weeks in powder form as well? For a 3 -4 week protocol at 150 iu per day, I calculated approx. 3000 ius that I need to order.

So is it ok to order it all at once? Will it keep that long?

I've also heard people discussing different size needles. Will 2ml needle suffice?

Its fine til its mixed. I would order 1500 i.u ampoules if possible and mix one up per week. Make sense?

I am on the sublingual HCG. Does anyone know anything about that? I got it through a dr here in houston. I was wondering is i left it out (non refrigerated) for 1 hour, is it still good? Also, does anyone know if pork is acceptable. I haven't found anything that said it is but I guess I was just hoping :)

Nicole,

I did the sublingual hCG as well. You're allowed 3.5oz (weighed raw) twice daily at Lunch & Dinner
Lean cuts of:
Veal or steak (preferable free-range)
Fresh white fish (Halibut, Swordfish, Bass, Flounder, Pike, Brooke Trout, Jew fish, John Dory, Snapper, Crab meat, Lobster or shrimp)
Chicken-no skin

I'd skip the pork for now and eat it on Phase 3.

I also think that 1 hour on the counter should not ruin your medicine.
