Sickness on HCG?
My husband and I have been on the protocol for about a week now. For the past few days he has been feeling sick to his stomach. Has anybody ever experienced this while on the protocol? I am trying to figure out what the problem could be. I wouldn't think that hcg would effect your stomach any.

I a on Phase 2 with the HCG and I am sick everytime I lose weight. To me it feels like morning sickness....I even dry heave..not to disgust anyone!!!LOL!! This morning before I could even weigh myself I knew I hadnt lost any weight because I felt fine. I dont know if its because of the quick loss over night or what. Hang in there....morning sickness and all it has been soooo worth it!:) Good luck!!

I am on Day 19....mine doesnt last all day just usually the morning...I usually eat the Melba toast that is allowed on the original protocol. It does help ALOT and hasnt effected my weight loss...although I have been stalled 4 days and today am doing the apple day. I dont think it was the toast..I have lost 16 pounds!!!! Only 9 more to go!!! Good luck!

I'm on my 4th day of injections and I have felt sick only when I started the VLCD. Don't know why. I'm thinking it might be because I'm taking a multi vitamin and maybe it doesn't go well with an empty stomach. I'm going to start taking it with my lunch instead of in the AM to see if it makes a difference. Like Wendi, mind is only in the morning and then subsides.
