Anyone know how I can lose weight around my midsection. Is it possible to get a flat stomach again after 2 kids? Also, are there any natural cleanses that I can do while breastfeeding? Are the cleanses that Kevin recommends to do safe for a nursing mom?

and most cleanses are not safe for pregnant or breast feeding moms from what ive seen and researched.

I don't like shots, so I will not be doing the weight loss protocol. I heard of an alt hcg. I believe it's in a pill. Could this be done while breastfeading? Where could I get the cheapest hcg alt?

I wouldn't advise any "formal" cleansing while either pregnant or breastfeeding. The reasoning behind this has to do with the fact that cleansing is detoxification. When you rid your body of toxins, they have to have some way to be expelled from your system. Detox can occur via several mediums including perspiration, urination, defecation, and exhalation. However, when pregnant or nursing, you run the risk of those very toxins ending up being passed on via pre-natal umbilical connection, or through your breast milk. Now, this doesn't mean that you have to wean your infant from the breast before its time just to accomodate your own detox regimen. Breast feed the child as long as it needs to be.

Of course you can loose weight around your midsection and get a flat tummy.
To start something simple and easy...cut down or cut out completely alcohol, sugar, cafeine, and carbs( bread, rice, pasta, cereal, etc...) for 10 days and you will see tremendous change in your body.

I would not skip meals during this time...eat lots of raw veggies, unlimited organic apples and nuts...get your protein from eggs, fish, or chicken...snack on apple and nuts if you feel hungry in between meals.

Also..for salad dressing, a splash of apple cider, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and some fresh mint or basil...it's out of this world!!! and a bit of sea salt if you need.

I would also walk for 30-45 minutes everyday during this. You will loose inches around the midsection...Trust me :)
