Natural cures for arthritis
I have been reading a book, a Doctor's proven New Home Cure for Arthritis. It recomends a seven day program to cure your arthritis. I have been diagnosed with OstheoArthritis 20 yeas ago. Have had many surgeries of the right knee once the left knee..they have been orthroscopy, and a total hip replacement. my dilema is in this seven day program also does recomend for you to drink a glass of certified Raw Milk every day. I can't seem to find the milk. I do live in Maryland of course it is illegal to sell it in this State. My ? is what elase could I use to replace the raw Milk?

I am interested in your arthritis cure. I am 37 yrs old, and the doctors (and an MRI) said that I have arthritis in my spine. I have been having a horrible time dealing with the constant pain that I'm in daily. The MD's just keep prescribing pain pills, (which I won't take) and saying that "I'm getting old" Is that crazy! My mother is 70, and works everyday. She has no arthritis what so ever! My father passed away at 74, and he too had none! Prostrate cancer took him. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them. Also, about the milk, if there are any farms around the area, go talk to the farmer, and ask to buy fresh milk for your animals, if he's afraid to sell to you for personal consumption. Also if you offer him a fair price per gallon that might help too. You have to explain your self so he knows that your genuine, and not someone from the health dept. trying to cause trouble. I buy from a local farm with no problem, they drink their own milk as well. I was rasied on a dairy farm, so thats the only milk that we ever drank until I was married. My father sold the farm, and it was hard to find a farmer to buy it from, but it is possible. I have to self serve my milk, and leave money in a tin cup, but its well worth it!

I would like to learn more about this arthritis cure. I live in MD also, but I don't drink milk anymore because of the lactose problem. I have arthritis in almost every major joint, especially in my neck, knees and lower back. I have tried several products and I was wonderng if anyone has tried Natural Joint, or Flex Protex, or Angioprim, or Chelorex or EDTA. All of these are suppose to be natural products that I have come across on the web. I need to find something to relieve the severe discomfort that I have been having for several years now, despite being on a holistic nutirition program and exercising whenever I can fit it in. I would appreciate the info. Thanks.
