Rhonda's hCG Diary
I will try to post daily starting today. I will begin by bringing you up to speed.
It all started when I saw Kevin Trudeau's infomercial. I purchased the two natural cures books plus the weight loss book. I read all 3 books in about a week. I read the weight loss book twice. I made a list of suggestions from the book. I began doing all I could afford. The most important things I did was switch to all organic, drink 1 gallon pure water daily, walk 1 hour every day, and I purchased the ultimate colon cleanse by Organica research (ordered online). Two days ago I called my Doctor and she was able to squeeze me in for an appointment later that day. I simply told the receptionist that I wanted to discuss a weight loss plan with the Doctor. I really had my fingers crossed because I was not sure what her reaction would be. I printed a copy of the Simeon's protocol and highlighted important points to discuss with her. I then asked her the big question "Would you be willing to write me a prescription for hCG?" She said "yes". I had already done my research prior to my appointment, so I knew of a pharmacy that carried hCG. Immediately after my appointment I took my prescription to the pharmacy. I purchased the 10,000 unit vial of hCG (it came with a 30 ml vial of Bac Water), 100 25 gauge, 11/2 inch needles, 100 tuberculin syringes, box of alcohol pads, and a sharps container. Altogether it came to $86.00 (the hCG cost $46.00). The next day I sat down at my kitchen table and mixed the hCG with the bac water. I drew up 60 syringes with 0.5 ml each ( I was very careful at not wasting any). It works out that 0.5 ml is 168 units, so that is the amount I will take daily. I calculated this by using a very simple mathematical formula. I am a nurse and calulated the dose the way I was taught in nursing school. Once I mixed it up I administerd my first injection in my right thigh being sure to enter the muscle. I barely felt it since my needle is such a tiny gauge. Since I will have plenty left over and my Dr. wrote me 8 refills I also put my husband and my two adult daughters on the program. After I gave myself my injection I did theirs. They also said they barely felt it. I was only two weeks into phase 1and still doing the colon cleansing when I started the hCG injections. I simply could not wait the whole 30 days. Prior to starting phase 1, I weighed 262 lbs and I am 5 ft, 6.5 inches. I have a lot of belly fat. Anyway, After two weeks of phase 1 weighed 253 lbs. That is what I weighed on my bathroom scale 5 minutes before my first injection.
Day 1of hCG- 253 lbs (eating anything I want the way the protocol describes you should)
Day 2 of hCG - 254 lbs (still gorging)

November 12th - 227 lbs UPDATE - I ended up having to go off the injections for awhile because I ended up in the hospital for a few days (totally unrelated to the diet or hCG). I am back on the hCG and I will be continuing the injections until November 18th. I did gain a few lbs back during the time i was off the hCG and diet, but as you can see I lost it all plus lost an extra lb. After Nov 18th, I plan on starting my second round of hCG on Christmas Day (I get to eat whatever I want the first two days). BYE BYE

So glad you're ok and back on the injections. I'm still maintaining my weight loss but haven't lost anymore since finishing my first protocol. My daughter is also off the protocol and is also maintaining. So happy!!!! We are starting back up with the injections just after the first of the year. It will only be 8 weeks between protocols.

Hi Rhonda,
Your diary is really motivating. I am in day four of phase I, but I have started having throbing headaches, and naseua. Did you have any adverse effects? I wonder if I should stop for a couple of days and restart? Not sure what to do---Do you have some input? However, you keep up the good work!

Could it be withdrawals from sugar? I did not have those symptoms. I suspect they will subside though. Good luck!

Hi, Rhonda, you're one of my friends and I didn't even know about your blog. I'm very happy for you. You lost 30 pounds. That's awesome. I'm going to start my second round of hcg on Jan. 11 or 12. I lost 36 pounds during the first round. I think you had such great success because of your exercising. I can't believe you could do so much. I posted before and after pictures on my site if you're interested. I'm definitely going to be following your progress. It helps me to do that. Congrats!

Hi Linda, it Jay I have not started yet but would love to hear what you done to stay with it. My question to you is where did you get your prescription for hCG and how was it given it to yourself. I not sure if I will have a problem with it, but thinking about I have fear. Not sure why but I do. I will began after Nov 23. do you have any thing to tell be about the HCG. Thanks

Hi Linda! I'm at day 7 of phase 2, and I have lost 10 pounds, but I'm really having problems with hunger. It seems like everyone else says that they lose their hunger on about day three, but I'm still fighting it, did you have any problems with hunger? Also, did you eat the melba toast? It seems that some do and some don't, and I am wondering if that might be part of the problem since it's all carbs. Thanks.

hi Rhonda,
Do you know if you do phase III after phase II if you intend on doing another round of hcg? Do I just wait six weeks and start phase II again, or do phase III and go back to II? I am confused. Mindi

Not sure about the sugar, but I am feeling so much better now--day eight of phase I. Thanks for answering though. Keep posting--I will use your diary when I start the hcg. Mindi

More than likely your headaches and nausea are the result of poison toxicity in your system which is basically just an overload of toxins being dumped into your system as you begin to release the stored fat as well as an effect from the cleansing. Just increase your water consumption when you feel these symptoms coming on, it will help to flush the toxins out. I work for a chiropractor and they know everything. :)

Wow, you are on your way. That is cheap for the ucg plus supplies. Where are you from? You really had it all together, I never thought of doing it that way. Was it hard to find a pharmacy to fill the prescription? I know of people spending a lot more to get the ucg. I am amazed. I wish you the best, am anxious to hear how you are doing.
