Weird letter from Kevin
OK curiosity is killing me and I have got to ask.
Has anyone else gotten a strange little letter, supposedly endorsed by Kevin Trudeau, that discusses a secret society that has "hand picked" you to join because you are so special and have rare traits they are looking for? They want you to join so they can revel their "shockingly powerful secrets" What gets me about this is, that you are suppose to keep this letter a secret and you have a time limit on how long you have to join to become a member, and of course they will never contact you again if you don't respond. This was my third letter in the course of a year. Boy! I must really be special!(lol)

My first one was from a man and I guess a mans view of what success is suppose to be and then I got another, the same one, about 5 months later. After no response from me they sent me another one, basically the same, but from a woman's perspective. Confused maybe, my name can be either. Creepy, strange, odd and a bit narcissistic is the only way I can describe them.
I have always been supportive of Mr. Trudeau books, because I know the things he has written about are true. I also hear a lot of bad things about him too, but mostly write them off to slander, to keep him quite, but these letters just don't feel right. I've received several of those letters.I didnt realy pay attention to who they were from.did they ask you for any membership fees.they did me,and my opinion its all a scam,just as kevins books.now why would you start selling a book or books for all these great cures,and then end up giving them away.its all about money,bottom line.now hes got one out thet can make you debt free.along with another 100 companies and books that claim the same thing..do with it as i did with his books throw them in the garbage,and dont send them any money.be blessed.

I got those letters too - and my first reaction was that how can this secret society be THAT special? All they had was someone who could really create some great writing that sounds too good to be true. The last one says they reduced the price to a ridiculously low price to do a final appeal for money - I'm not falling for it.

I've noticed this too, but not just from Natural Cures related stuff. It seems to me, it is common practice when you order anything from the internet or television, your info. is bought by other companies who have a similiar type products. I once bought a mailing list from a company and was really suprised how many catagories of "types of consumers" you could choose from. It was kind of an eye opener for me. I have to wonder how many mailing list I must be on. Thank goodness for the spam button.

you are probably right. I have ordered a few things since joining this site. Iwould hate to think that coming here was the cause of all of this. I really like this site but am becoming a tad paranoid with so many things that are being pushed on here.

This is really kind of ironic (for me anyways) I didn't know this letter I asked about was the Neo-Tech society, so I started doing a little research on it and geees... this article is from my own town newspaper, small world huh? Whether KT is connected or not, remains to be seen, but I thought I would pass this on. Kinda long, but interesting. ( Can't say I disagee with the dishonesty and irrationality being disguised as religion and politics, line)

We thought you needed connections to get into the truly secret societies. Turns out all you need is a mailing address, some money and a head full of rocks.
For several years now, a self-help publishing company out of Nevada called Integrated Management Associates has brought together conspiracy nuts and the secrets to prosperity and divine truth through the Nouveau (or Neo) Tech Society. With a mailing facility in an industrial park in Grove City, a cozy Columbus 'burb, the "movement" solicits new members with promises to help them "slay the twin monsters that have manipulated and drained every person on Earth for 2,500 years. Those monsters are dishonesty and irrationality disguised as politics and religion."
No, it's not the Libertarian Party platform. Neo Tech was formed when IMA founder Frank Wallace, who died in January when struck by a car in Nevada, claimed to see mysticism in card games. He penned, no bullshit, Poker: A Guaranteed Income for Life by Using the Advanced Concepts of Poker.
Interested parties are told to keep the eight-page letter to themselves; a great secret is promised. At the end, you're instructed to send away for the 56-page orientation manual that really pours on the cybernetic gravy: "Transfer all money, power, prestige from the uninformed to you instantly; control anyone, man or woman, anywhere; beat any opponent in your life, in any situation; make your new powers render all others helpless; be constantly and invisibly armed so that any person trying deception or cheating ploys against you instantly becomes powerless and at your mercy."
How? Send in $140 for yet another book.
Grove City police have taken several calls from interested parties across the globe seeing if the company is legit. "They have a landline and they have a legitimate building — that's all I can give you," says Badge No. 11 (seriously, he claims that's his name). "We haven't received complaints per se, but trust your gut instinct. If you don't think it's worth the money, don't spend your money on it."
A receptionist who answered the phone at Nouveau's Henderson, Nevada headquarters said she'd pass along a message that a newspaper wanted to report on this world-altering movement. No one called back.
John Whyde, a customer service representative at the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio, chuckles when asked if he's ever heard of the company. "Oh yeah," he laughs, then adds, "Sorry, I'm not supposed to do that." How many complaints had the bureau taken in? "Me personally? I lost count," he says. A BBB statement decries the club's bullshit advertising claims, bogus return policy and shifty eyes. They suspended the company's membership in February.

I looked up Dr Peterson's report, and printed it out so I could scrutinize it (13 pages). Thanks for telling me about it. As fas I could find out. Kevin does endorse the Neo Tech offer.
I was also told he believes in it.
I did not get this straight from Kevin, It was told to me by his Collegues.
