Simeons Protocol

Greetings to fellow weight loss seekers. Today I started my weight loss protocol!! I was happy to discover that the injections are totally painless, this is very encouraging. I don't like shots. It feels great to finally start the protocol. It has taken me several months to adequately prepare and feel emotionally and psychologically prepared to begin. Stay tuned for updates.

Della,
I've lost 4.5 lbs. in 10 days while on phase 3! Today I weigh 156 lbs. weighed in the morning and 17.5% body fat measured in the evening. I want to break the 149 lb. barrier that would be cool. So far I've lost 25.5 lbs. not counting my gorge weight. My experience is that you will be hungry during this protocol, but not ravishing hunger etc. and soo what. I've never experienced effortless weight-loss like this ever before. It's worth it and the results are fast. What more can you ask for? I am ecstatic with my results and I am loving my progress. This was a great investment and I am getting the exact results I wanted. Good luck and keep us all updated.

Well the gorge days added 3 pounds so I feel as if I am on track there, the protocol says that you should gain between 2 and 4, but that should all be gone tomorrow morning. I have woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times and realized that the first thing on my mind is wondering just how much weight I am going to lose. Guess you could say that I am a little obsessive about this. The injections don't hurt at all, I was a little apprehensive about that as well.
During phase 2 did you do the hour walk? 4.5 extra pounds gone sounds great, congratulations! As for feeling hungry, with all the other "diets" I have done I feel as this will not be an issue with me either. Besides it is only for 45 days that you eat so little and if I can get the results like you have then it I know I can do anything for 45 days.

I took my 5th shot today which makes it the third effective day and I am down 6.6 pounds (this includes gorge weight). I didn't plan on taking my measurements again until after I finsihed this phase but just out of curisoty I did, I have lost 2 inches in both my midriff and waist. It is so encouraging to see results so quickly. I have been on so many diets and you always have to wait months before you see any results.

hi Della,
keep up the good work. It sounds like you're doing great. The big ol scarry shots aren't so big or scarrry. I usaully walk for about an hour. I've lost another 7.5 lbs. during phase 3. I am down to 153 lbs. today. I am getting close to the 140 lb. barrier. This is soo much fun cause it's soo effortless. What a hugh contrast to my other experiences. Thanks to Kevin.

Another 2 pounds and 2 ounces gone! Did you notice the weight loss tapering off? The results I am getting are just amazing, but I'm just kind of wondering if it starts out really good like this and then tapers off to a pound a day? If I can get results like this the whole way through the protocol I may only have to do this once. What was your experience. Keep up the good work as well! It truly is effortless, because I have not been able to fit the walking in every day, I try but sometimes there are not enough hours in the day.

Keep going. You lose what you lose. Kevin says 1 lb. per day is average. Is 1 lb. a day mediocre? This protocol does not require exercise so don't be concerned. Keep going, you're doing great!

Hi Mark,
I am so impressed that you are still losing weight. Have you kept the calories down or are you eating more of everything other than sugar and starch? I am officially on phase I. I had my 3rd injection today. I had a muscle strain (thigh area) after my first injection so I went to smaller needles and am now injecting in my abdomen. I'm conversing with Della daily, we've decided to become team mates on this journey. I love hearing about other peoples success and progress so I appreciate your posts. Keep them coming!

HI MONICA, MY NAME IS KERRI, TODAY WAS MY 5TH SHOT, I STARTED ON MONDAY, I DID NOT WRITE DOWN MY WEIGHT BUT I STARTED MY VLC DIET ON WED AND I LOST 5 LBS MY FIRST DAY AND ANOTHER 2LBS THIS AM WHEN I WEIGHED IN. IT IS AWESOME, I LOST 7 LBS IN TWO DAYS. I KNOW THE BEGINNING IS PROBABLY WATER, ETC. BUT I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. I ALSO DO THE INSULIN NEEDLES IN THE BELLY, IS SO MUCH EASIER AND DOES NOT HURT AT ALL. I AM STILL VERY HUNGRY, BUT AS THE DAYS GO ON AND SEEMS TO BE GETTING BETTER. KEEP ME UP TO DATE WITH YOUR PROGRESS. KERRI

Hi Kerri,
Thanks for your post. I think those of us that are just starting out are going to need to encourage one another during these first few days. I was really hungry last night and had a terrible head ache. I am assuming this will phase out as the days progress but it's good to know that others are experiencing the same things and pushing through. I lost 3.4 lbs on my first official day (3rd injection day). I anticipated maybe 2 lbs but not 3. It makes going to bed hungry last night all worth while. Stay in touch.

Including my gorge weight, I have lost a total of 10.4 pounds in 5 days. I did not experience any headaches like both of you have mentioned, and have found that when I feel hungry it is from visual stimulus instead of actually being hungry.
Were you both coffee drinkers and have now stopped the coffee? Is it possible that it could be a caffiene withdrawal headache. I read in the HCG guide that I purchased from amazon.com that sometimes the headache comes from not gorging enough in the first 2 days. Just some thoughts if you have to do this protocol more than once like I will probably have to.
Hi Kerri,

How much are you trying to lose? I am looking at about 80 pounds so I know I will have to do the protocol at least twice. If you are a coffee drinker, try that to curb the hunger, it is an appetite supressant. That is what I use, but most of my hunger is from habit and not really hunger. Just some suggestions! Hope they help.
