Gotcha. Not in a pinch, just everytime I googled to find a place to buy bac/water it kept coming up with injectable sterile water a lot. Just making sure. Thx for help!

I accidentally left my hcg out over night...24-26 hours at room temp. I put it back in the fridge the following a.m. Is it ruined?

According to Dr. S it is good for a couple of days at room temp. How much do you have left in the vial? Depending on how much longer it has to last, I would probably get a cheap pregnancy test and test a couple of drops on it. If you have a lot left in it, it may not last the whole vial, but you can test it to make sure.

Hi there Gramma,

In regards to Dr. S protocol, what are your thoughts regarding taking thyroid medication while taking our injections? I've stopped taking my meds due to what was said in the protocol. Plus my neighbor stopped taking hers and did fine. I'm curious too about what to do once I go off for the 6 weeks.....do I take my meds again?

I haven't had to deal much with thyroid problems, but the ones I have had better results while taking their meds and working to tweak the daily dosage. But lately I've read where some have stopped meds during p2 and have done well. I'm now thinking that it is an individual thing, depending on exactly the thyroid problem, severity, particular medication being used, etc. As I am not a doctor, I cannot give medical advise, but just report what I've read and gleaned from others' experiences. I would check with a doctor, go with your own feelings, possibly experiment to see what works best for you (as long as things are not life threatening!!!). When you move to p3, re-evaluate your need for the thyroid meds (and check with the doctor).

I'm trying to find where to download and get the manuscript (Dr. Sirmons)?

Will ampules come with instructions? What is balmatic water and where do you get it? How do you figure how much hcg to order if you mix it with water? Maybe I really need this transcript and I wouldn't be so confused.

just google Dr. Simeons "Pounds and Inches" and it will come up. Or you can join the hcgdieters yahoo group and its in the files section.

Ampoules do not come with instructions to mix. I've never heard of balmatic water. If you meant to say bacteriostatic water, then it can be bought many places, just google it as well. I get it at cheapvitamins.com and it ships fast.

There are special calcs to mixing, dose depends on size of hcg mixing and amount of bw you are using. All these instructions are on the hcgdieters yahoo group forum as well.

I get the 5000s and use 200 IUs a day, so I get 25 doses from one ampoule. It comes in a glass ampoule in powder form and needs to be mixed with bacteriostatic water (the little bit of liquid that comes with it needs to be tossed out). I mix for 200 IUs and 0.2cc injections using little insulin syringes. Mixing for 200 IUs with 0.2 injections, it is easy to adjust daily dosage to whatever you want.
List for 1 - 40 day round for 1 person:

2 - 5000 IU ampoules hcg
2 - 5 or 10cc syringes
2 - 1.5" 18-21 gauge needles
2 - 5 or 10cc sterile sealed glass vials
1 - 30cc vial bacteriostatic water (will last for 6 mixings)
50 insulin syringes 0.3cc OR 0.5cc 29-31 gauge
box alcohol wipes

Mix each 5000 ampoule with 5cc bac water. You will need to mix twice during a long round.

adjusting dosage (using above mixing):
250 IU = 25 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.25cc
225 IU = 22.5 units = 0.225 cc
200 IU = 20 units = 0.2cc
175 IU = 17.5 units = 0.175 cc
150 IU = 15 units = 0.15 cc
125 IU = 12.5 units = 0.125 cc

These increments are easy to draw using the little insulin syringes. In most states you can buy them in boxes of 100 from the pharmacy with no prescription. I get them at Walmart or Sam's or Costco.

To mix, you must keep everything sterile. Use alcohol wipes on everything. Open the hcg ampoule, With the large syringe and needle, draw 5cc bac water, use a little to dilute the hcg powder and all the liquid ends up in the sterile sealed glass vial.

im on day 30 and have lost 21 lbs and lots of inches. This protacal is an answer to my prayers. I do have a question for you grandmasmitty. I have only read a few of these posts, but you seem to be the expert. My syringes say ml not cc -(is ml & iu the same?) I did mix with the instructions I got from hcgsupplies' on line. and the help of a friend - but how do you figure out the difference in ml and cc ? I have been injecting 1 ml six days a week, because of the recommendation so not to get immune in the 45 days. Im now finding that I seem to be more hungry, is it safe to in crease my injection to 1.5 ml ? Jo
