I've had a constant cough, which i cough every 10 seconds...and i am having a wheezing type of breathing going on.
I know it's allergy related because I took Claritin (know I diden't want to) and it made the cough go away for about 20-19 hours.
Is there an alternate method to fix this problem..... I'm wondering if it's from the cat in our home.....It's not my cat, my sisters, so i'm kind of stuck with it while we are staying at my folks house.
Nedalie, awl, can you tell Michelle that i said thanks. We miss her...do you know if she is coming back.
I will give the product a try. - I too have a wierd feeling it's the cat as well.
The coughs are getting worse and worse...at night while I was trying to fall asleep, I coughed so bad that i could hardly breathe. I'll update you on my progress if this thing works. thanks again.
Nedalie, never heard of that remedy before...sounds interesting though...I took a teaspoon of the apple cider vinager today for the first time....do you think that will help it?
Nedalie, if you don't mind me asking, how do you take the apple cider vinager?
today i had some but i'm not sure if I did it right. I put distilled water in a medium sized cup, and 1 teaspoon of vinager with little bit of honey?
I'm not sure if that is right cause i read someone else wrote, only 1 mouthful of distilled water with the apple cidar vinager and honey. Did i use too much water?
Thanks for the tip on the oregano, i've never tried it before. i will have to look into what it is all about.
oh ok, I 'll look into the apple cider club, sad but i think i joined it before...lol I need to catch up on my reading.
I had some yesterday before i ate, and I feel so much better. I'll try it for a few days and see if i continue to feel the same. I feel like it really cleaned me out. Yeah, I think you are right about doing 2 times a day, it probably will give me better results.
ps, where do you get the oregano oil? in the food section?
Hi Cayce, thanks for your reply....no not a lot of mucus, no itchy eyes, no runny nose, just the cough. I do feel like it's coming from my chest.
I've never experienced this before, and the symptoms are odd, cause I'm only getting coughing symptoms.
Do you have a heavy feeling as though someone or something is sitting on your chest? This is how it felt when I had bronchitis but I was constantly coughing up mucous! Keep us updated!
Hi Cayce, No Its just a constant cough...I'm not coughing up mucous, so I 've singled out the bronchitis....i think i'm leaning more towards it being the cat....
I also know that I have a low immune system. i keep getting warts on the bottom of my feet, and the issue i had with the hives....feeling tired all the time, no energy, not eating right...so I actually just started yesterday with trying to do things to boost my immune system.....maybe that has something with me taking a bad reaction with the cat allergies because of my low immunity I have...?
