Should I just stop?!?! Help! UPDATE

Ok, so....I'm having problems with my skin and I'm wondering if i should just stop everything I'm doing and I'd like your opinions. Right now I am eating only fruit. Before this for over a month I haven't eaten chicken, pork, coffee, bread, squid, octopus, potato or alcohol because the Oriental doc told me not to eat those things while I am cleansing on the herbs the clinic made for me. I haven't drank milk in at least 7 months and don't plan to ever again. When I eat only fruit or raw my face ceases to breakout, and once I eat bibimbap again my whole chin fills up with almost blister like pimples. They're not really pimples, mostly just areas that this clear, strange liquid comes out of, much like liquid from a blister. Right now though as I wrote my face is mostly clear and white, not too red these days so I'm happy with that. I actually look decent with makeup on, but I'd like to look decent with it OFF.

Supplements and cleanses that I'm taking. I still am doing the herbs from the clinic, twice a day now though, before it was three times. I drink one pouch an hour before I eat breakfast and the other an hour before dinner. I will be done with these in about 5 days and then the doc and I talked about doing acupuncture on me but I don't know if i want to anymore. I also am doing an herbal parasite cleanse that has helped a lot with the texture of my chin and chest. Also, there's the Candida cleanse that I just started last Sunday I think. I'm taking four drops of Oil of Oregano in some coconut oil usually, twice a day. I'm taking a probiotic. I was drinking ACV before but then I read somewhere that any kind of vinegar is bad to drink if you have Candida and I stopped. I might start again with that.

Anyways, I swear my skin is prematurely aging. A week or two ago I noticed even on my cheeks it looked dry with little lines and there are lines around my eyes now too. I don't smoke or even drink lately. Last night I put coconut oil on my face and it feels good today and looks good but I know I must be having a problem inside with something.

I recently did my first liver cleanse which went perfectly and I passed hundred of tiny green stones. My colon also is in good shape, I did a colon cleanse a couple months ago and I have daily bowel movements usually.

I drink tons of green and other herbal teas every day at work and at home, sometimes like 5 or more cups a day. I really feel my skin is going to be more beautiful than ever once it fully repairs itself because it's really looking good some days but I do worry about the lines. I believe I am still experiencing a detox from the herbs from the clinic. Twice with the different batches they caused my acne to get much worse, but it also got a lot better shortly but now I still have some breakouts on my forehead, just tiny pimples that are barely visible and I believe once I'm done with the herbs they will all go away because my forehead is usually completely clear. in fact, the only place I get breakouts is on my chin and jawline.

Of course I'm not taking any drugs, not birth control, nothing. I also have a brush and I brush my skin with it for lymph cleansing. I sit in a sauna and sweat about twice a week. I also get lots of sunlight when it's available, right here now it's monsoon season though and it's raining and cloudy a lot but soon it will be back to summer time.

Wow, I think that's about it. I don't know what's going on with my skin but I feel like I'm doing so many good things for my body and it's just going to crap. Korea isn't the healthiest place to live though, in fact, I've had more random sickness here in the first couple months here than I have in probably the last 10 years of my life! Pollution is ridiculous and there's also a thing called yellow dust from China which blows us all the chemicals + Gobi desert sand and we breathe that. When I'm eating regularly I eat of course mostly rice dishes.

Can anyone think of anything I'm doing wrong, or would you recommend anything? I have some flax seed oil here in my fridge that I was putting in my smoothies but I haven't been doing the smoothies, just eating fruit plain so I haven't been taking it. I'm limited supplement wise though because I'm in Korea.

To wash my face I use baking soda plus calendula soap.

Please let me know what you think. I am considering just stopping everything, the herbs, the parasite cleanse and the candida cleanse and just continuing to eat fruit and let myself heal.

UPDATE

Ok guys, so, it's been I think over a week now with a completely normal face now. It feels so good to have a normal colored face again that I don't even care about the acne marks now!! I have no idea why my face went back to normal, but I think getting rid of my cat helped a lot (she's at a friend's for now). Here's my problem though. I want to figure out what the heck was causing my problem!! I got an allergen prick test done on my back that tested over 50 different allergens, and they also tested my blood for different ones. The only things that came back were things I already knew, basically different animals, and pollens. Also, "house dust". haha. There were no food allergies really except a tiny gluten allergy that my doctor tried to reassure me wasn't really an allergy. But it did show up on the test as more than "undetected" like everything else. I don't understand how the tests work or anything but if gluten showed up at all how am I not allergic to it like the doctor tried to explain to me?? Anyways, I have been trying to be extremely aware of what I'm eating and how it affects my skin and basically I'm eating only fruits lately but eating small amounts of "normal" food. Sunday I had some salmon, also a pasta salad and my face was totally fine. Monday I tried a Korean dish that's made with buckwheat noodles and I was also fine. THEN, yesterday, I decided to test myself by eating rice again because it seemed before that it made me breakout and i thought maybe it was making my face red. I ate a big rice meal for lunch, then went to work, everything was fine. Then i came home, washed off my makeup and INSTANTLY my whole face was red - just like before. I analyzed my whole day and I didn't do or eat anything different yesterday but the rice which is served covered in a soy bean paste. Nothing in my face wash is different, I switched to sea salt to help me exfoliate and get the makeup off my face and I'm using the Miessence line now which I am really liking.

Anyways, like I said, my entire face turned bright red in a second and I could feel it was hot it almost seemed to feel puffy. Could it be the rice?! My allergy tests came back undetected for a rice allergy but is there some way that it could be irritating my body in another way that's causing this redness effect? I also had a couple small pimples today that I assume were from the rice because this happened before. More and more I'm realizing though that my pimples on my chin and other places aren't normal, they seem to be filled with the blister like fluid again and they just ooze that.

Anyways, any ideas or comments are always appreciated. My face has definitely improved a ton and I'm happy with that but I can NOT figure out the connection with my red skin. I'm anxious to read the Acne Free in 3 Days book when it gets here.

Thanks so much for all your comments and help.

Yeah, my face did the "red and ugly thing" for a while but i felt like it was getting some circulation going in my face. :) I noticed that you said you did a parasite cleanse. What is that and how do you go about finding out if you need one?

Well, it's a bunch of herbs that kill parasites. I got mine from the barefoot herbalist website. I'm not sure how you know if you need one, but they said everyone has parasites. I loved mine, it totally changed my skin.

Hi Kelly: I recommend taking the supplement "Biotin". It's called the beauty supplement. It's good for you skin, hair and nails. Also, water, not only drink it, splash it on your face (cold). I hope this helps.

What? Biotin is just a "B" vitamin you can buy over the counter. This is my first time recommending this to anyone.

Biotin is also good at helping to eradicate candida. People eat raw eggs to increase biotin.

Kelly---this just occured to me. You are using baking soda on your face. That is what I use for a deoderant. I cant use it for more than 3 days without it causing an extremely RAW, dry, wrinkled itchy spots on my armpits!!! Stop the baking soda..I use ACV or alcohol to clean my face! I hope this helps!!

Yeah, i was trying the baking soda thing on my under arms it made my skin breakout too! I think it was just raw from being dried out. But i did like it better than the deoderant that i was using because i never had to reapply it.

yeah, I looooooooooove baking soda for a deodorant. haha, I can't stop telling people about it, I used to have a BO problem, and now that my diet's better I hardly have BO at all but I still love the stuff, wish I had known about it years ago!

Thanks, I did stop the baking soda for exfoliating. I need to find something else though because right now I have no exfoliant although I might try sea salt - I hear a lot of people like that and I have some right here!
