Skinny People Can Be Fat Too!!

I've been reading through many different posts ......I've noticed that many people are into HCG...and my heart really goes out to you. No - I have never tried the product nor do I think I would want to. The sound of giving myself daily injections really makes red flags stand at attention. It just sounds painful and totally off the wall - to think that we would subject ourselves to injections to loose weight - to look like what???

Skinny? I don't think being skinny is all it is cracked up to be. Yes, I am very small - but skinny people can be fat too. My skin giggles in the mirror when I'm naked, i have leg fat, and yes I can pinch my skin and make dimples.

I would just hate for people to be under the impression that all skinny people are happy people. Many times that is not the case. In fact, many "skinny" people are unhappy with their appearance. If you gain .5lbs...OMG the world is going to end. 5lbs and you sware you have to purchase a new wardrobe.

I guess what I'm trying to say is - Being Fit is where it is at. Feeding your body the proper nutrition, getting enough sleep, destressing yourself, and finding time to laugh is where it is at. Otherwise - you are constantly tring to be that perfect image....none of us are (unless you are JAMES. hehehehe) But even I'm sure he has his "fat" days too.

My heart just goes out to all of you who are chasing that dream figure. I hope that you achieve it. But if you don't - don't beat yourselves up about it. It's not worth it. I've lost too many friends to eating disorders and it upsets me to think that both men and women are pushed so hard to be a perfect image.

No one's perfect - we are who we are. And we should learn to love ourselves no matter what size we are - that goes for me too.

i've seen your photos on your home page and you are so beautiful! Drop dead georgous if I may add!! If only you could see what others see...maybe you wouldn't be so hard on yourself. I say this why - because I'm the same way.

This is a hormone---a natural hormone. I am serious...you need to this book before you say that this is not proven.
I have done Phase 2 3 times.....I have never been miserable. The feeling of basically fasting is great. I have many friends on here....who have done this..NONE of us have EVER been miserable....ask them....Lynnette, Kamanda, GrammaSmitty, Judy, Jamie, James, Lori.....no one has ever complained.

I was happy when I was fat and feel the same happiness at my current weight. I am not hard on myself...I am a very confident person..fat or thin. I did this to improve my health and I have.

Also if you would have read the book or the manuscript you would have understood why this is not the FAD diet....and why FAD diets only make you fat and miserable.

Thank you for the compliment. BUT...I am not being hard on myself...I am not sure why you say this....I am improving my body....as I would hope we all are.

due to the .5lb comment. heck..the gravity pull could make us heavier at certain times of day...would hate for you to put that much pressure on yourself. gravity is relative.....thus how we measure our weight.
